Hello railfans! I mostly post videos on the UP Geneva sub in Elmhurst Illinois. Here on this channel you will mostly see mainline freight trains along with Metra commuter trains. Sometimes I will go on the road to other railfanning hotspots across the US. I also own a DJI Mini 3 drone for railfanning. I use hertageunits.com and the Geneva Sub Facebook group for information off site. I also have a playlist of some railcams I use onsite for info. I live just south near the Berwyn Racetrack. The only Metra train line that runs through OP is the UP elevated which shares overpasses/ trestles with the CTA Lake ST. EL. There may br a single track frieght line that cuts across town as well...

Elmhurst is a quiet zone meaning they don’t blow the horn sequence. Most if not all of Chicagoland is like this now

Yes the WCH E Bells on the road gate side were taken out and replaced with an NEG one

What's the story on this locomotives paint scheme
When NS started to rebuild their dash 9 locomotives into AC44C6M’S they ‘celebrated’ that by painting five of those rebuilds in commemorative DC to AC paint jobs and the NS sonic bonnets were born
