Lol got it for 8$
Phrasing! Or you love bourbon too much!
Cutty Sark: a 70cl bottle goes for under a fiver here in sunny Japan. Jack, the Japan Alps Brit
A little thin and too light on proof for me. Price is good for what it is. Won't get it again. 👍🥃😉 Cheers
She's incorrect. The fact it's a straight bourbon with no age statement does not mean it's 4 yrs old. It's at least 2 but not 4
On my way to a friend's house and i'm taking a bottle of Grant's with me. Not my favorite but we do like the smokey wood flavor it has.
The 1783 EW hero edition 2023 is one of the best $25 and under bourbons I've ever had ❤👍🥃😉 Cheers
The best budget blend is Teaher;s and it is still 86 proof! Winner in this race is Grouse. Another good and inexpensive 86 prrof blend is Hanky Bannister!
Personally I’m a CC guy but Windsor is my #2.
had cutty sark, assumed the bottle had gone bad or something, yuck! had grants honestly thought there was something in the glass, like furniture polish or lysol, disgusting
If it taste anything like scotch, then I won’t be purchasing it
Someone seems to be a fan of good ol' Orlik golden sliced :) 0:18
So glad yall did it without knowing it was old crow. People follow the crowd so much. It is actually good. Young bourbon can actually taste better than aged ones. People again, follow the crowd. I drink it neat!
If you think Crown Royal is that much better than Canadian Club you have no idea what you’re talking about. Also you need to review whiskies like these in context. It’s a basic light mixing whisky. Whiskies like this, Seagrams V.O. and yes Crown Royal are used to make highballs. With ginger ale or club soda.
My bottle is only 40abv. But it is quite tasty!
Sorry but I have never had a cantaloupe. Taste in bourbon. I don’t know if that’s why you don’t have that many views or what but on Barton is excellent especially for the price.
You guys are really passing up a great bourbon
Bottle bbq sauce lol i hate it
This show has been sponsored by the low Canadian dollar, making whiskey affordable for American consumers. C.C should come out on top, the 12 year is better though. Windsor, Ontario is a disgusting city bordering Detroit and the mere mention of it causes people to cringe.
Believe it or not this whiskey was made for mixes, according to the experts. I prefer it straight to be honest. The young guys identified that Canadian whiskey right off the bat, you definitely know your whiskey LOL!!
I knew an alcoholic idiot in Canada who consumed this whiskey because its cheap. The water coming out the Detroit River that they make this whiskey from is a contaminated toxic soup. There is actually a good Canadian whiskey I know of, its Canadian Club Classic 12 year.
Its pretty harsh or bitter but it does have a lot of flavor supplementing that
Lauder's is currently on sale in New Hampshire for 13.99$ a 1.75L bottle.
17 bucks for a handle. Nothing to complain about. The citrus is dominant. It pairs with anything.
What happened to the videos??? 😞
I drink the white label, so good 🎉
I Ike Windsor, then Black Velvet. Don’t care for R&R. Mist is weird and tastes almost like a liqueur; but I can get sloshed and not get a hangover off of it for some reason.
yeah the cantaloupe is on point
Jameson has my heart, Powers is its kind twin brother imo.. Both are different examples of good Irish whiskeys but to me it just depends on what mood I’m in.. Both Jameson & Powers knock most other Irish whiskeys out of the park for me, unless we are talking about some Green Spot or some RedBreast. 👍🏻
I'm on the fence about buy this. I'm a fan of Ross Squibb juice but sometimes a NDP doesn't get it right. Will I get one probably its cheap and will be a interesting in a blind. Remember it's a craft distillery and small. Just saying.
Evan williams was apocolyptic for me because i drank it nightly. It is a fantastic whiskey for the price but should absoluitley be enjoyed resposibly unlike myself.
Its goog i feel like having a burbon
Sorry guys half bottle finish,I'm already high
R&R regular is better and cheaper ☝🏻
It’s 10 to 11 bucks here in Michigan.. but yea we drink this almost dam near everyday.. sometimes we probably drink too much..
Powers is lovely .. far better than Jameson but not as good as Tullamore.
Tullamore is by far better than any of these as a budget whiskey
I’ve seen these guys blind review two Power’s whiskies and both times the guy in the blue shirt thought it smelled disgusting
I got it once, was not enjoyable and didn't buy it again. Teachers Highland Cream is half the price and much better. Also, Black Bottle blows this out of the tub.
I've seen a number of positive reviews for Grants, and always on the lookout for "affordable" scotch. So went out and got bottle and have been underwhelmed, won't be going back to that well. It's very close to being a "pour out" for me. Similar to Famous Grouse, which was another loser for me. Teachers Highland Cream is the best "super budget" I've found, and Black Bottle is the best under $40 I've come across, although haven't been able to find it for months. Black Bottle is actually "good", which is saying something for $24.
This is a cocktail whisky. horrible drinking neat.
Old Crow is my daily sipper! Look no further!
Yes...MRE 🍑 PEACHES
If you add water to Grant's the smoke and the woody notes really comes through
Dude in the middle is a 🍅
Mix with touch of ginger ale Perfect....
I like David e
I tried this for the first time two years ago and unfortunately has avoided it because seeing the bottle made me flash back to something bad that happened afterward. I'm happy to write I pushed through that connection, purchased a bottle last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Time heals and this is a very tasty peated scotch. While I favor Port Charlotte 10, Famous Grouse was more enjoyable than the Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5 I had last month and the road asphalt-strong Laphroaig 10. For the price, this Smoky Black is a must have.
All toxins of a different form. No matter what you ingest to get high, it will destroy you slowly or quickly. No one has control over how much they ingest. People want to get high then it wears off, you keep drinking to coast through that high. Next day you call in sick and recover after 2 days and then repeat. Story of every drinker.
