How long was the Immigration process? My flight will arrive at KIX at 21.35 pm and I need to be able to catch the 23.55 train to namba station at the latest. Will 2 hours 20 min be enough from getting off the plane, immigration and baggage claim? I'm kinda worried cuz otherwise I'll have to spend 7 hours in the airport to catch the earliest train the next day 😂

It was within an hour during my trip. There is no more procedure for covid now, so it should be shorter.
