well I don't know yet , but at least they are 1kg size molds easy to re-melt I would like to try out sand casting still have so much to learn !

What an awesome project brother I am impressed with your knowledge of electronics. Your spraying skills are awesome too I have just finished putting in all the windows and respraying the boot of an A3. Daughters x turned up late at night and we'll the rest is history best be taking us all on a road trip

Beryllium is only 3% not toxic with a mask to be sure I didn't wear one while polishing it will be ok , I did do research prior going ahead

You need to heat you'r stainless steel spoon until it glows then you will have no problem drossing off copper or brass brother

long sleeves can melt , any hot metal lands on you it's gunna burn through I do wear leather gloves up my arms

I know too well about such wire. It is actually called CCA wire. CCA stands for Copper Clad Aluminum wire. It is the worst wire you can use for anything. It breaks inside the insulation and you will not know about that till you try to power it up and nothing works. I wired an entire trailer with such junk wire from China, and out of seven lights, only one worked. So I had to strip all of that crappy wire out and start over with true quality wire made here in America... Thumbs Up!
