  1:57 my device wasnt showing up under Printer, it was showing up under Unspecified, so i couldnt access the printer properties. i accidentally skipped the step to add "(USB)" to the end of the printers name. once i did that it shows up no issue. i downloaded some test prints off google this thing actually prints great! i got it for $8 at a local store no idea why somebody returned it it looks brand new glad i can ship my packages now without wasting ink & clear duck tape lol

  I used the process from this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oIeCyJmxoNa6lJs.html The Zebra PPD file worked with the Vretti 420B (USB+Wifi). For Wifi, I set it up as a tcp/ip printer with the printer ip address.

  The vretti is no longer able to do wifi I guess. If you print a test page it says "WIFI: NO ", you can only print on this through the Bluetooth which is really simple so it isnt so bad in all reality. Would be nice to have it accessible on a WIFI network for any of the other PC's to print on it in the house.

  Wireless Link APP does not work or will not connect to the wifi for the printer to go on wireless but I can print to it through bluetooth so I guess not all is lost. Id like to have it accessible through the wifi for other pc devices as well though.

  I'm an "old skool" American businessman that rarely buys things made in China and/or comments on purchases here in the USA or elsewhere. I feel a genuine need to give credit where it's due because more business's need to do what Vretti is doing. It's not rocket science, it's old skool CUSTOMER CENTRIC business. I needed an affordable thermal printer for my business, made the purchase, and am very satisfied for a number of reasons . It's good quality, sturdy, affordable, gets the job done, and yes other companies sell the same printer. What makes Vretti stand out from other companies is their excellent tech support and "always here for you" customer service. As my mom and dad said, "It's not about making a quick $ with a one time sale. It's about really caring and "being there" for the customer so they come back and buy from you a 2nd time, a 3rd time, etc. Vretti has my back anytime I need their help with the printer. And they have me as loyal satisfied customer. Thank you Vretti!
