    Zaharie Ahmad Shah can be considered the Xavier Dupont de Ligonnes of civil aviation, for those who know this popular cold case story in France, where a guy killed his entire family, hide it under the house, than went to an unknown location and killed himself over there, in order to never be found. Shah had his reasons to do what he "probably' did, but, how come that, now that we know all these incriminating details, nobody turned his attention yet on profiling the psychology of this captain, inquiry more his family and relative close people, in search of more human / psychological traces or elements to understand his act (in the case he did it)? I think it may not be so difficult, in the end to prove he was maybe someone whose life was not anymore exciting enough, so that he wanted to end it with a spectacular flight, a dream come true, like going all alone to disappear and hide himself in such a place no one would go, with the thing he liked the most, a wonderful plane. Something he had to experience already and rehearse using his beloved home flight simulator.

    Greetings from Jundiaí, Brazil. If he wanted to commit a mass murder suicide as a political revange, as a deep moment of sorrow, why did he need to travel 6 or 7 hours once he had many opportunities to do something sinister much time before ? It doesn't make any sense to me. A controlled ditching for the purpose of a suicide ? Could you imagine flying at night and not having any lights on the plane? Could you imagine turning off everything including critical systems in the middle of the night? Well, many controversial coincidences make me think that both the captain and the co-pilot are innocent in an ocean of lies. Inmarsat should have been the first to be consulted as soon as MH370 went missing,

    Its very simple to find what happend to MH370 because it is possible to track passenger cell phones using their IMEI numbers. The cell phone service provider or law enforcement has the ability to do so. You can also use a "phone lookup service" to locate any phone number any where in the world. Unfortunately governments dont want us to know what happend to this flight.

Meanwhile Southwest reports $24 per mile and they have huge economy of scale in comparison. No discussion at all of revenue available per seat mile (RASM). Where are the analyses? Bold claims of 3700 aircraft p.a. There isn't enough viable (capable of producing a market) vertiport space in the world for that. Indeed, just from a pure real estate perspective that's extremely improbable. Make the analysis public, otherwise it's just all hand waving. The time savings claims in the corporate presentation are ridiculous. The Lilium times represent only air travel time. There is no door-to-door time analysis. Have you guys ever considered the possibility that the hijacking of MH 370 was a robbery and not a suicide? The two guys flying on stolen passports were drug mules. The tickets were booked and paid for in Bangkok Thailand at the same time and the tickets were sequential. But in this instance, they were carrying drugs plus diamonds and semi-precious jewels in the condom bags But, in this instance, which made them worth millions of dollars each. When they landed in Beijing, they had 24 hours to book a flight and leave. They could have dumped the jewels in the transit hotel. This had to be done by one of the two major gangs in the Orient, which are the Tong or the Triad. The reason they want to smuggle diamonds and semi-precious jewels into China is that the rich people in China are trying to get their wealth out of China and in any way possible. Plus, if there immigrating to the US illegally and going through Mexico these things are very easy hidden and smuggled. And I am sure the gangs had a security detail for these two mules to make sure they got from Thailand to Beijing with no detours. So, you had to get rid of the security detail plus you had to make sure the gangs never thought you had stolen the jewels. So, in the gangs’ mind there’s always a possibility of it being an accident. And they would not be looking for you for eternity. If you kill everybody in the cabin that there’s no way for the gangs to find out plus it gives you access life to the jewels in the bodies of the mules. Here comes the hard part: someone with a strong constitution and a sharp knife has to remove the jewels from the bodies of the mules. And the pilot could’ve pulled a DB Cooper, because his hobby was paragliding. Which is very curious. The plane did not end up in the deep southern portion of the Indian Ocean, at 4000 feet in depth; but in the Java trench at 20,000 feet in depth near Christmas Island.

    @@patgros9273 I have two questions about your Analysis of the trajectory of Flight MH370 (English version, 22/03/23) and your RAeS lecture. 1) While most analysts believe that the SATCOM transmission was shut down because the power supply from the left engine was cut off and the automatic switching from the right AC bus manually disabled (e.g. ATSB Definition of Underwater Search Areas, 26/06/2014, p. 33), your assumption is that the person in command shut down both the left and the right electrical buses, and therefore disabled most electronical units on board, including the autopilot. I agree with you that it is impossible that all electronics were shut down before the steep left turn from IGARI was completed (Your Analysis mh370-caption, 22/03/23, p. 10). In that case, why do you think that there was no further ACARS message from the aircraft? ACARS messages are sent in real time, including on abnormal events (Safety Investigation, p. 107), not just at 30-minutes intervals. For example, the doomed Air France 447 flight transmitted a total of 24 non-regular ACARS messages in real time in the four minutes before the crash. Events, such as the switching off of the transponder and a 38-degree bank-angle turnback (i.e. a hijack), are certainly abnormal and would have been reported. The time passed from turning the transponder to completing the turnback amounted to around four minutes as well. 2) If the MFD was reset at around NILAM (Your Analysis, p. 12), why was there no transmission via VHF to the ground? (as this is the standard setting according to Safety Investigation, p. 107-8, and a reset would have restored the standard setting with both Satcom and VHF enabled, p. 376). Is it not more likely that Satcom was manually disabled during the power loss to the SDU? (this means that most flight systems, including the autopilot, were operational during the power loss

  • @patgros9273
    @patgros9273Ай бұрын

    @@dr.bluesfield3629 hello..1) if you cut the power on board (2 gen + 2BU + APU off) there will no longer be any ACARS message (whatever the reason, emergency or not). On the RAT only VHF1 works and only in voice mode (not data) 2) as soon as power was restored to the aircraft, the person at the controls went to the "com manager" and disconnected the transmission of ACARS messages. He unchecked the satcom and VHF "enable or not" function ".All satcom and VHF messages are stopped and no transmission to the ground. However, the system receives messages from the ground. However, SATCOM still works for inmarsat handshakes and for passenger IFE.Capt PAT😄

  • @Nederland-ld4sd
    @Nederland-ld4sdАй бұрын

    @@patgros9273 Thanks for answering my question. Obviously, however, my question was what happened with the ACARS emergency messages in the four minutes from turning the transponder before completing the steep turnback, when in a similar case (AF447) 25 ACARS messages were sent in four minutes, but none (in your view) from MH370, as you write in your paper that the person in command was unable to cut all the power on board before completing the turn back (for navigation purposes). Why were there no ACARS messages between 17:20 and c. 17:24 UTC? As to the other question, the point in your paper is that it takes some time (60 seconds, to be exact) until the SATCOM reconnects once the power is restored and you assume that the com manager etc reboots in a much shorter amount of time. In your theory, the person in the cockpit succeeded in disabling all transmissions to the ground within that space of time. How long would it take for the com manager (MFD) to reboot? More importantly, VHF is independent of SATCOM and presumably is back on air much quicker than SATCOM (there are three VHF systems altogether, connected to different buses). This is just a radio antenna. If VHF transmission then is manually disabled, there would have been a log off in the ACARS traffic log, but there is none. Also, my understanding is that the passenger IFE can be manually disabled from the cockipt as well (Safety Investigation, p. 75).
