  Failing is really hard. Learning to fail gracefully and being able to pick yourself up afterwards and continuing on despite it is even harder. But something I think most people forget to remember is all the successful people in the world started by going through and suffering many, many, many failures, and simply overcame that fear and THAT'S why they were able to find success. Just look at Mr Beast with several years making many videos doing poorly or okay before he really started to grow. Unfortunately most people can't get past that and that's why they stay trapped in the fear of failure. " Fail fast, fail often"- the more you fail, the more you should grow resistant to it dragging you down. If you really want this, do not stop. Keep going, even if it's slow. KZread isn't for everyone as it requires a high tolerance of failure, but if it's what you want to do I hope you don't give it up on it too easily. Good luck <3
