    Not a Bearing.. its a U JOINT.. PUT THE DAMN FITTING ON. That fitting has a ball valve so grese doesn't come out.. That U JOINT IS SUPER STRENGTH , By not putting the fitting in the middle it makes the Ujoint harder. They also make a sealed UJOINT without any fitting at all. Also you have to use a needle nose adapter to put grease in that fitting .. 👍

    It is a stainless steel mesh material that is rolled up inside the canister. If you look closely the bottom grid piece is held in place by some small spot welds around the outer rim. Carefully drill these out and remove it. You can then remove the mesh material. Unroll it and clean it. Also clean the canister. I used a power washer with detergent. Let everything dry then re roll it and insert it back in the canister. Insert and re weld the bottom piece and your done. Mine wasn't quite as bad as yours but had never been cleaned. You can also find a dry filter type from a later model tractor and convert. Good luck...

    Could be able density. If I run on my smaller ho (85hp) Kubota I can't make heavy density bales. As it takes too much power from the tractor to turn the bale whole wrapping and continue to turn bale while opening. But on a larger hp 110hp I can make them as tight as I want. That's adjustable via the lever on left side front that is green yellow red red being tightest. I also had to adjust the cable that runs because from the factory it was set too tight. It actually made too big of a bale and put enough pressure on the locks it wouldn't even unlock the door.

    I did put another tractor on baler. It opened up just fine. The baler can bale wet hay and short hay just as good as the more expensive balers. Never did figure out the twine tying that is junk design. Wrap works excellent. 500 bales this year no other problems. I did get the 1135 Massey Ferguson checked out for hydraulic pressure. 1400psi. Had front pump rebuilt. Now at 2200psi. Working much better.

    if your hydraulic fluid gets water in it, the fluid can develop an algea problem and coat the screen with a gelatinous goo that can starve your pump and you may loose some or all of your lift and even steering problems may develop. Run your fluid through a few times plug it and pull the plug 3 or 4 times to flush algea or particules out then put a fresh filter on and run it with a mower on it to get it warm and flush the system and another new filter and new fluid. i regained all smooth lifting on 3 point and super smooth steering .

    I believe both. There not very expensive to just replace or rebuild them. But a good annual cleaning would keep it running when you need it. Normally it quits when its colder then normal. O and get the newer solenoid for up and down. That's the one near your battery with big wire on it. My plow guy in my area reconmend it.

    How do you like the yield monitor since you have run it?

  • @andylonsdorf1294
    @andylonsdorf12943 жыл бұрын

    Its good very basic. The only thing I don't like is the chain link switch attached to header. So on the headland you lift up the header the switch goes off and when put header down it pull on switch with a spring to on. Well if you have head up to high for some reason it shut off the yield readings. So this year I just wired it to a lighted switch when on, in the cab. I turn it on when I'm harvesting and off when I'm not. Much better just have remember to turn on and off. Very easy to install, I see they updated some hardware on the newer system. I dont need all stuff. I take the hardware out of combine in winter put in house keep out of the cold and moisture. Out the 10 months I'm not using it.
