  The castor oil can be thinned out by mixing it with coconut oil so it will be less sticky. Also, I use neem and shea oil for my hair. Great video. Thank you 🙏 😀

  I thank God I found your video I have been struggling for so long trying to lose inches around my waist and get rid of my psoriasis. Always thought it all started in my gut. I couldn’t stand to think I wasn’t doing something right and I didn’t know what it was. It’s been a struggle for the past year and a half but thx to your video I fixed 2 major problems in my life.
