  Yes you do. The rec centers are private and not open to the public. Only the golf courses are open to the public.

  Currant Sun City West Management .........How about cleaning the CLOUDINESS in the RH Johnson pool up that I have been complaining about for 3 years ! . I show management the WATER QUALITY readings 2 - 3 times a week ( 50% - 70% at best is the problem ) and all I get is INTIMATION TACTICS and now I have been informed that THIS MANAGEMENT holds grudges and will retaliate. We the residence of Sun City West deserve better, comments from SUN CITY WEST Reviews of a few years ago say in the last 20 this place has gone down hill, Sup with this ?

  Our adult children live in Prescott Valley and they love it there. I am impressed by this community. My husband and I live in Olympia, Washington. I’m retired but we are waiting for his retirement to look for our Sunny new home. It looks so nice here.

  Just moved to queen creek from east Mesa, I commute to work in Scottsdale daily. The drive is definitely long (about 1hr 15 min) but man the house I was able to get down here compared to other cities in the valley to me makes up for the long commute. Love the video!

  Live in a Sun City condo. Property tax is approx $600.00 annually. Love the Bell Center pools.

  I am not a CPA, so don't take my words as law, but from the research I did, they allow a tax exemption of up to $4,476 a year for a person that is 100% disabled. Again consult with a CPA to make sure, but that is what I found.

  Yes they do. In both fitness centers they have group fitness rooms where classes are held.

  @@CadenLeali Its a computer draw system with way too many people entering the golf draw system. Only times available are after 3pm with not enough time to finish your round. Big Scam!
