  Hi Hannah! Lovely to watch your videos before heading out on Mondays because works sucks (eww, I sound old) Your video today got me excited because you have a carrrrr 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Maybe I should take driving lessons next year, but Nigerian roads are scary and I can see myself freezing on the road if I'm about to make a turn and I spot a trailer close to me 😭 I totally understand your frustration with the job market, it can be annoying. And when they say that sometimes your first job sets the tone for you, I didn't realize the extent. I work as a study abroad consultant and I feel myself slowly melting away everytime. My ginger to go to work is the WiFi 😭 But keep on pushingg! I pray that you don't just only get a job, but you get one that you love and can grow into. That even though it may get tiring or annoying, you won't lose yourself or feel stuck in it. You saying nothing is going on in your life at the moment is me or has been me since a long time. My few friends think I'm being secretive, but I don't know how to convince them that everyday is basically... Everyday 😂 Anyway! Can't wait for your video next week Monday (if you'll post). Sorry for my long ass typing 😅 Have a blessed week ahead 💕

  i dont know the exact reason but a lot of the times it is so that you can get a lower monthly rent amount! there seem to be a lot of specialized loan programs here that make depositing that kind of amount safer but for me i still didnt feel comfortable doing that><

I love how all the apartments you showed are new. May I know who was the Real Estate Agent you contacted especially for Apartment 3? Really be a big help!! 🫶🏼

Unfortunately I do not have the exact contact anymore as I contacted over 20 people during my search>< I would recommend going through multiple apps like zigbang, dabang, and naver☺️ Plus, when you meet an agent, they will also take you to other listings in the area if you are interested. Good luck on your search!!

  yes it was really close to my university! the whole area around the apartment is near a few well known schools so the prices are all high compared to other areas:(

  thank you so much! i was a short term lease so my rent was ₩800,000/month(which is on the higher end), but i assume it would be a bit different if i was under a long term lease🤗

  hi! i was on a short term lease so deposit was ₩2,000,000 and maintenance was around ₩150,000 a month (depends on how much I used+ fixed rate from the building)
