Today my washbasin drain was clogged. I seen your remedy and followed it. Thank-you very much for sharing this method of baking soda, dishwash solution and vinegar with hot water. It really worked and made me tension free.
These containers are great. I have one for my cocaine, many for the different kinds of marijuana I have. I have so many of these containers full of meth, heroin and fentanyl too. My sellers deserve to have drugs that aren't full of moisture, mold, mildew and bugs. I have a reputation around the world. My cartel expects me to maintain the highest standards. If I screw up they will come with the chainsaw. They will cut of my head. So for the love of God, send me your used plastic coffee containers. My children want to grow up. My hot cartel wife would leave me in a second and my brother Pedro wants me gone anyway and he used to bang my wife until I became a made man. Pedro wants to be me. It's not easy leading a cartel you know.
I use the coffee bags too for storage as well. I have several with different types of screws, nails, and washers in each one. I love the Black Rifle Coffee Company ones because their designs are awesome and adds a visual appeal. The Tactisquash has a lot of screws 😆
You don’t say how much you should have a day a spoonful or a cup full of olive oil and how much lemon juice?
Folgers quality isn't what it used to be anymore. Max is cheaper and the lids snap on way more securely.
I clean with the vinegar I do everything with the vinegar wash clothes, it's great it works on everything
Paper towel is a discusting coffee filter
Keep your empty can new can open it pour coffee in empty can still have hafe can in new can more coffee I done it for years
Great information! Thank you!
I keep one in the trunk of my car for carwash stuff., chamois, sponge and detergent. One on the porch for salt in the winter. Several in my paint storage area for decanting into. One in the boat to use as a bailer and sponge storage. One or two in the shop as mixed fastener and drill bit storage. And occasionally, I have a couple in the pantry for coffee.
They're certainly well made storage cans, the only thing I don't like is you can't stack them like tapered containers so that means they take up just as much space when empty to store as when they're full.
I creatively use my coffee canisters as scoops for feed.
It got all over my pj’s 🤣🤣🤣
Great to know
Only learned one new one, bathroom plunger. I keep it in a cabinet in a plastic tray since it’s rarely used, but the coffee can looks more practical. There was no mention of garage. I store many supplies in marked cans. Sprinkler system parts, and many parts for common household repairs. Also, made a long Woden box with holes in the lid. Put coffee planters in the holes and grow spices and peppers. Doesn’t have a bottom and the legs of the box hold it two inches above ground. The lip of the container keeps the can from going through the hole.
That I collect plenty of coffee cans. Needing to use those cans to organize my garage. It's become a complete disorder.
I learned a lot from this video. Thanks for sharing this information. JaniceTNRN
Free storage container as well 👍
yea still throwing them away.
These ideas are great but what if you reach a point where you too many of these coffee can? Recycle them maybe? What would you people do with excessive extra coffee cans?
Mine I use as an ice bucket inside my freezer.
My
Use them as portable toilets when camping. The wife will love them.
Reducing waste? Maybe delaying the inevitable, maybe... Alternative uses? We've been re-purposing empty cans since cans have been manufactured. This was a pretty worthless video.
It is worthless to those who already know. But many also don't think of other uses for them than just storing leftovers or screws and nails. But not everyone has lived in a home where they seen anything get repurposed.
That lint roller hack doesn't get the dust off my lampshades! I'm gonna wash them with dish soap and dish brush.
Let them soak in water. About one week later, break them down into a pulp, then squeeze the water out. Now add some PVA glue to it. Make a mould like bricks! There you go, you can make your own faux-brick wall
This is true recycling, many containers are reusable! I’ve been reusing coffee cans since they came with a key like a sardine can! Back then cans were wider and shallower!
I use my left over Folgers coffee container for storing paint. They keep the air out much better than the original paint containers.
Diabetic Sharps container. Keep lid under the container, then when full, seal the lid with duct tape.
I have used my coffee containers, the creamer container for holidau luminaries. For Halloween i carve them with faces and then spray paint green for Frankie, white for ghostie, purple for witch. Put rocks in the bottom and put in a solar light top, embellish faces with sharpie help and you can line your house with lights
BLATANT WD40 ad! A year since my last comment and KZread still lets them get away with it! $$$$$$$ is the reason I guess.
Hey Bob, the video is not an ad, and it is not sponsored by WD-40.
Ok
Noone wants a used coffee can regifting wtf
You don't keep boxes from gifts or any product for reuse? It's the same concept.
great for spitoons / lids prevent sloshing during movement . or just a good ole pot to piss in when you got a window to throw it out of .
Throw it away... I use boxes which have MORE advantages such as? You can break a box down and fold it FLAT when NOT using it.
But can you use a box for the plunger? And I'm not sure about using cardboard for nails and screws. The points will eventually poke holes or it'll get weak under the weights pressure or get destroyed quickly on a job
#17 Spray some on a tissue to clean your windscreen wipers to get rid of squeaky noses.
I been doing this for years … I make use of all my Home left over containers
I REALLY dislike the how Windex smells…😢. So, I don’t use it.
Actually strawberries are bad for teeth. Too much acid.....😢😢
The big problem is that you would have to drink Folgers which is overpriced floor sweepings for coffee. I do like the canisters though.
Those are not air tight, and the lids come off easily when dropped not good food storage containers
Coffee containers are great for rice and other dry grains. Sealed food storage can be expensive. The larger the container, the more expensive it is. However, if someone in your family is already buying coffee in a plastic container, you might as well use it. It keeps food from attracting & being eaten by mice. The large double stacked ones quickly demonstrate their worth.
dang wish knew about it can be used in gardens instead flushing it down the drain when done with it.
the iodine is it the good iodine you eat or the cheap iodine you use on cuts you dont eat?
June 14,24. I too had a very creative father. He loved wood working and did everything to keep our century home in top shape. Thank you for taking me back 75 years to a better time in life.
Im allergic to the fragrance in windex 😓 is there an unscented version ?
The only three cleaners I use is Dawn dish soap and windex windex with vinegar and vinegar
Great Content!
I thought you might take a few minutes to share how to remove the label and repaint, siince you showed so many cute upcycled coffee containers, but I guess that's a different video. I put my labels on the side with the grip facing me on the shelf so I don't have to turn it around to pull it out of the cupboard. It works for me.
