Coke and coffee dehydrate you more. I know some older ones are hospitalized for dehydration. If you drink water while drinking coffee it helps. Helen will do what she wants to.

😮 uhoh. i didn't realize you are on Sundays. I'm watchin your replay but sure sad i missed the chat. I'm sorry your health is actin up and Miss Helen's.,she might just need a vitaminD3, one a day ,ask doctor to blood test her D vitamin. It should be ... 20 - 40 i think, i just went through this and that was the problem, mine was 6 😖 I was sleepy when i woke up !! UGH. The Doc put me on 2 months of Vitamin D3 by prescription and I now take the D3 over the counter at Walgreens and it sure does help. Blessings to you and your family Miss Tammy. GOD IS GREAT ❤

Grandma has lived her 86 years doing and drinking what ever she wanted so I don't think she ought to do anything she doesn't want to do, it's been a hot rough summer and she said she doesn't use air conditioner, maybe heat is getting to her. We love her and I am sending hugs and prayers up for her..❤❤❤❤❤
