Brother..don't remember the cost, coz I did it during my service. And it won't work for me...after replacing the cone set...left hand side pulling again started after few days. one have to do fork alignment...one of my friend did it. It will completely solve the issue.

The only issue is lack of centre stand, but suzuki gave a unnecessary feature which ruins the instrument panel presentation. Rest all the bike is a gem. I just love it.

I have the same yellow Vstrom 250. Does your speedometer report speed than actual? Also, can you suggest me a good crash guard with slider which is vibration free and does not require to be removed while servicing

My speedo is working accurate. Bandidos and ps customs are two good looking crash guard options...also you can go with mototribe crash guard...you need to contact them in Instagram... I am not using any after market crash guard, just because of the extra weight...I know it enhance the look, let's see may be in future I will go with any of these three which I have mentioned.

The speedo shows more than the bike's actual speed. Speedo error starts above 65kmph in the Vstrom. There is an almost 10kmph difference between speedo and GPS speeds above 100kmph. When I touched 150kmph on the speedo on my bike, the actual GPS speed was 137kmph. So, yes, there is an error

Yes the vstrom 250 has a speedo error. Starts at about 50kmph and the error increases with speed. Maxes out at About 10kmph error.

@@rohansehgal9798 now I need to check...well I don't think it's a big deal.. because vstrom has its own major problems like left hand side pulling, short life span of chainset and breakpads, low battery life etc etc.

Done my 2nd service in 4800 kms..it was just a regular service...oil change, oil filter and chain cleaning ..that's it. About changing gears ..I usually change gears at 4-5k rpm...
