  @@joelboss_realtor I get that, but the City of Cumming is actually quite small. Look at the Cumming PDs jurisdiction compared to FCSO. There's also Gainesville which wasn't mentioned. Cumming is Forsyth County's Alpharetta for most people in unincorporate Forsyth which vastly out numbers the population of Cumming.

  You really didn't touch on Canton's greatest asset, Allatoona Lake, how accessible and convenient it is. And downtown Canton is slowly becoming a Woodstock, with bars, restaurants, shops and a night life. A slower Woodstock, but new business's see the potential and are coming before its built out.
