  Apologies, I've not yet read all comments. In the video the issue of safety was mentioned, rightly so. Foreign nationals have been kidnapped and killed. The UK government has two zones, essential travel only and, don't go there. Effectively both these invalidate any standard travel insurance leaving travellers very vulnerable. Now, Mindanao itself. I've generally felt safe there be it in CDO, General Santos or Iligan and places in between. However, I did feel uneasy in Iligan noticing myself standing out so much more there than anywhere else in the country and the area is heavily Muslim. I visit the island every visit, I'm not trying to put you off just to share the reality as it stands, Benidorm it isn't. If it's just for beaches you travel, visit another island. The waterfalls are awesome though

  @ isabelamarie5004 Let me present some info: Bohol Island, Panglao Island and 70 other islands comprise the political unit of "Bohol Province", with 45 towns and holds the record "the Philippine province with the most number of towns". All these islands are clustered closely. For comparison purposes: Bohol : Population: 1.3M area: 4k sq km. Maine, USA: 1.3M 28k As to size, Bohol Island is the biggest island (it's the main island), followed by Panglao Island. The capital is the City of Tagbilaran located in the main island. Panglao Island has 2 towns: Dauis and Panglao. Panglao Island faces Tagbilaran, and is connected by two 600-m causeways. White sand beaches are found in all islands, but Panglao Island has the most number which are popular to tourists.. All the activities -- and a lot more -- in this video are all located in Bohol Island, Panglao Island and in the rest of the 70 islands -- so the entire province.

  Thanks for the few countries providing free visa entry to filipinos. But how about those countries telling the world as our close friends or allies like Japan, South Korea, Europe, Canada, and even the United States. These are the countries our OFWs served, especially medical staff, sacrificing our own needs, which even results in shortages of manpower in our hospitals. These countries are afraid for filipino tourists to overstay. But these counties can implement heavy sanctions re their concerns. Secondly, they perceived filipinos as very poor and nobody. These countries are even giving special treatment to China's tourists based on spending capacity, not knowing their hidden activities. Those "friends/allies" countries sincerity are questionable. Thanks to countries who offered free visa entry showing respect and appreciation to us filipinos.
