I love that u show us your fun when making the videos
I thought the sternum rub isn’t supposed to be used anymore
This video is 4 years old bro
How do you assess for painful stimuli?
No assessment of PERRL, no management of secondary injury to the lower left leg. How are you going to check for neck crepitus/inline spine in neck with a c-collar placed?
My one is on sunday
would you not assess pupils with a patient w/ bruising around the eyes?
No vitals collected?
In my state, Connecticut, obtaining vitals only has to be verbalized for trauma assessment. portal.ct.gov/-/media/Departments-and-Agencies/DPH/dph/ems/pdf/Training/EMS-Training/2020-EMR-and-EMT-Psychomotor-Skill-Sheets.pdf
Thanks for the review
Don’t need guests when you have these 3 at maximum performance
Can you explain the twisting of the ankle strap please and thank you
I know people that put the leg sticker bottom right or left above the hips or put the arm sticker before the shoulder (on the chest).
Attempt an airway, either nose hose or oral.
لقد أفادني جدًا في دراستي، شكرًا.
لو سمحتي هل تدرسي ekg technician program? ممكن تحكيلي عنها ..هل هي صعبة؟
In our county and perhaps others, if you are moving the patient at all, you must reapply manual C-spine protection - even if the C-collar is on and the head is taped down.
Thank you for this video 🤝🏽👌🏾👍🏾🤗
V5 should be placed on the anterior axillary line!
Thank you so much much i have gain more
A couple of things I noticed that were not right. Shouldn't you have checked for any spine issues prior to putting on the cervical collar. Also, shouldn't an npa have been administered to help with oxygenation and ventilation?
what abt the belt, my ci said no metals
Thank you so much
I only see 10 leads?
One of the best videos I've seen so far, thanks for the knowledge
Even though the pt is unconscious but alert to painful stimuli why would"t you use a BVM?
You can still be unconscious but breathing adequately.
Is there any trick to wrapping the splint yourself? I just broke my dominant arm and I have no one at home with me to re apply the wrapping after I take a shower. I managed to get it back on but it definitely doesn’t feel as tight as when my doctor put it on. Every video I can find just skips past that part, or fast forwards like yours does.
watch it
hmmm V5 should be anterior axillary, along the same horizontal line as V4. Not mid way between V4 & V6.
woo, those veins

Thank you. Great video. Junior new RN
Thank you!
What is the glowing stuff?
Reassess MSC (PMS) after moving to LBB?
Reassess after completing all the straps but before lifting. This gives you early warning if a loose strap might cause further injury during the lift. Then reassess again once the patient is on the backboard. There is also a technique for sliding rather than lifting a seated patient. It involves placing the backboard between the seat cushion and the patient's butt, then sliding the patient up and fully onto the backboard. However, it requires about five people.
Great Job Fellas 👍👍👍 I’m relieved to find out that there may be absolutely nothing wrong with My Heart as… I just had an EKG done and the gal putting the electrodes or “leads” put all of them on my upper body 🤣🤣🤣 I knew it wasn’t correct (I ask about the two that’s supposed to go on-around my lower legs-they went on my upper hips) but she said it was Correct and would not even put two on my legs Nor my Arms-close to my wrist… The Person that’s responsible for the reading and comprehension of this EKG Says i have Sinus Rhythm Abnormal R-Wave Progression, Early Transition🤔🤔🤔 (ecg-ekg???) I’m curious as to the difference between these two types of Electrocardiograms… Going to try to find out more information on this Different types now… Again THANKS FOR THE VIDEO!!! You fellas may have saved me from having a Pacemaker Put In!!!🤣 Seriously though-makes me Wonder how many people have been diagnosed Wrong because of this one Procedure being performed Wrong… Always get a 2nd and maybe 3rd Opinion

Does this help at all for HCB students?
Thank you for sharing
ALSO DONT FORGET SMOKE OVER FIRE IN ECG
I have 2 notes on this video, everything else I loved and learned from. Audio mixing I would lower into and outro music volume as it is higher pitched and shrieks on mobile speakers. Education wise I would love to see a 2 person team execute this sequence so as to see proper flow and setup for a team.
Why would you assume pulse is normal in rate instead of asking for it? Let the proctor do his job lol. You also completely skipped over whether you were using or withholding oral adjuncts even though pt is unresponsive and not able to protect their own airway….Nor did you verbalize how you’d open the airway
Was she responsive to pain?
Y’all murdered her!!!!!!!

Worst video ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y’all suck!!!!!
You failed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 15 year 911 / CCT paramedic you will not be on my truck!
I have to agree, this is one of the worst trauma assessments I have come across.
Are you going to explain why or nah
@@avery8677this is the bare minimum the proctors look for
you are not a paramedic at 15💀
@@wormsauces15 years as a paramedic......
Hi, I'm watching this because I may soon be working as patient care tech. This seems intimidating, and I'm afraid I won't memorize what goes where. I'll rewatch your video until I get it.
