My favourite so far Davy 😊
You the man Davey keep em coming
Awesome content kind of mark knopflerish in my opinion. Earned a new subscriber my friend.
Lovely!
Like that, it reminds me of something Philip Donnelly and John Prine would come out with, its not country, its not rock either, its world music ! Something about that kind of music that quiets the mind. I can hear Knophlers voice on it, its like something he would do. I find myself with a similar song every now and then, the band usually isnt into them though !

Haven't seen your PRS guitar since "Tear Down The Walls" video. Love the differences in tone.
Very dire straits
That sounds finished barring the singing! It's gorgeous!
Sweet
Excellent!
Absolutely lovely stuff! 🥰
Sounds beautiful, Davy! I can totally relate.
Nice! 😎
Melody reminds me of the house of the rising sun at first.
Most excellent my man.
It’s cool that you’re playing different vintage guitars 🎸 in this series. Great tones! 🎵🎶☮️
Non lo conoscevo è bravissimo.
Another good one Davy 😊
Love this
My foot is still tapping and it's over! I'm loving this "series" of unfinished tunes, and I am convinced that all would make an awesome song. I you have enough of these, and you could finish them, you have a new album. Maybe called "Unfinished" if you keep them simple?
Great 👍 inspiration. I will listen to it at half speed and more strings muting as you greatly suggested at beginning Very nice tune even if you, as professional, define it “unfinished” (quite done for me…)
Beloved sanctified 🙏
Classy
You"re such a great player! I hope to catch you in Texas!
Bawwy Kwipke?
Oh Yes, I'll be shopping again soon 💙💛
Arin Hanson plays Buddy Guy on oxys
👍🎸🎼🥰🇳🇴
With all the insanity going on in our country lately, it's a real pleasure, and a comfort, to listen to these "unfinished" works of art and see where Davy is heading these days. Thank you and well done sir, and I'll see you in PA next month, can't wait!
Spettacolare
Nice one Davy
Nice. Classic progression. It never gets old or outdated. Nice work with the swells. It might be easier with a volume pedal. I used to do the same when I played La Villa Strangiato back in the 80's with my volume knob. Could sometimes be a pain when it was really warm.
Has that train rolling Memphis blues rhythm with a Duane Allman slide feel. I can see a speeding ticket in my future.
Would love to see where you take this. Grabs the ear right away.
Love the occasional harmonized guitar line. Adds a nice flavor. I also like the jaunty rhythmic pattern. It isn't anything I've heard from you.
The tone of that guitar is gorgeous! Was this a version of House of the Rising Sun? It started and ended like it, with a solo piece in the middle. That could so easily expand and become an awesome song!
Absolutely Beautiful 🙏
Really enjoyed this.i hear a full arrangement in my musicians mind because the flowing way you play paints in brght colors.
❤❤❤
absolutely cool👍👍👍
So damn good!!! Looking forward to hearing what it morphs into!
Great tone, great tune
This one is you. It's got your fingerprint all over it! Nice!
Davy Rocks! If you haven't seen him in concert, I strongly urge you to go.
Reminds me slightly of the old Top Gear theme and a bit of Paul Simon thrown in for good measure😊
That's definitely got to be a song. That catchy hook will soon make it a favourite!
I like it man, finish it up❤ 🎵🎼🎼🎵
Love it!
Great tone! That looks like an old harmony H 78 single cut. Gold foil pick ups sound amazing as does Davy’s slide playing. 🎵🎶☮️
