  I been bullied since my step dad well i was born with out a dad and my step dad who died is like a real father to me well my cousins bullied me since my step dad died and i got bullied in school and got bullied by my moms ex boy friend till he moved away... soo its hard

  Many people are externally driven. But there is nothing more powerful then when someone learns to become internally driven. That is the difference between I want to show everyone what I have versus I've been called to this, and that's what truly matters. Love the video!

  This is good material. I work at a high school, and there is only one high school in the entire county. As a former fed ex driver, I knew the entire county several years before I went into education. In addition to that, both my wife and I are school bus drivers, so we know the areas that our students live in. God bless you sir for putting this video out!

  I so wish our scool district would bring you here. My 14 yr old just finished 3 yrs of middle school. 3 yeats of misery. And the school does not care. Its sad that a child cannot go to school without stressing over what the bullies will do or say today. My heart breaks and i can only hope high school is different.

  Motivating, but have never needed motivation, I love what I do. The issue is respect from administrators. The other issue is money…way underpaid for the responsibility to mentally, spirituality, intellectually educate a crammed classroom full of children with varying levels and abilities. No one is saying it, but the level of responsibility and “sacrifice”and the unspoken punitive measures administration can lay on teachers is a form of professional bullying because they know we need to be able to live, pay bills, take care of our families, and have healthcare (coverage is really crap!)

  I am currently a first grade teacher, and I never heard the term "professional bullying" before until I saw your comment. I also love what I do, but I am being professionally bullied by the principal who is very condescending and manipulative. Like everyone else, I need to make a living so I am practicing major self control. The pay is another story. Being with the children is what motivates me to carry on.
