Sorry to hear that. I may not know how it affected you, but there must be something good out of the situation and sometimes it will make sense later on. Also, the subconscious mind can kick in with the usual pattern or expectation. The other way I see it is as a warning sign or protection for something that could be worse, but you were warned and protected. Just a thought, but hopefully it gets better for you.
