Hi, thank you for the review! I've used PRD12 for like 10 years and happy. Should I buy a FHR-enabled model and if yes - which one exactly and why? I'm not a pro, more fun-skiing, but I like steep pists and more or less high speeds. Weight - 85kg. Thank you!

I am 5 ft 9 inches with 180 lb. What ERace Pro should I get? 170 or 175, or 180 cm? I tend to ski medium turns and am trying the master the skill of popping across each side of the slope. I love going super fast on blue or black diamonds and the trill of my hip reaching lower and lower. I also heard that next year's model (blue color for Pro) is changing dramatically. Any thoughts on that?

I'm 5.9 at 210lbs I like 175cm personally. Mind you I haven't tried many skiis. I just know the longer ski will go faster and I like going fastest. Just got me a pair of i.speed pros 175cm.

Hi (to the presenter). What are height and weight? I am 180 lb weight and 5ft 10-inch height. What is the perfect size for me for I-Race and I-Speed? I want to get one for each. Also, I noticed the I-Speed for 2024 model (blue - not my favorite color on my ski) is very different from the previous generation. what is your thought on that? I should stick with the old yellow model or try a new one? Thanks much.

Hi thanks for the review,I currently ski on the 2018/2019 magnum, looking to replace them, I am looking for the SupeShape ski that is more versatile,so I can make both short and mid length turns with occasional Gs turns , Seems e original might work, what do you think?

It would be nice to see a direct mount with the 'full heal release' 3-10 DIN. The weight savings and ski flex are welcome in a direct mount. I'm running a PRD 12 and the diagonal heel may have saved me on one occasion but they are heavy.

As someone used to Masters and WC SL skis I loved the iSpeed but had no such feeling for the other skis in the line. Far too on and off and bases flat - forget about it. These new shapes and tapers take the Speed outline and just add width - great move Head. I would own any of them. Just choose for your local snow conditions/quiver and go.

I bought a new pair of e Rally's. I like them. I'm a beer league masters racer who was looking for a good all day carver. Not as snappy as my race skis, but this ski works well in soft chop or firmer conditions. Great all around carver ski, that would still work as a citizen race ski.

Hello, nice video. I am considering this ski. The front tip rocker looks tiny though so not sure if the ski will handle off-piste or afternoon/not so well groomed bumpy hills well. I am was considering the Rossignol Experience 84 HD which looks like it has a bigger tip rocker, it starts curving much earlier. Unfortunately, they don't have my size and I'd have to get 162 which looks too low for me. I am around 170 intermediate/advanced. The 170 Head V4 XL is exactly my height and I heard that for an all mountain ski - the ski should be as tall as the person because of the less piste grip due to the rockers but in the Head option the rocker is tiny. Let me know what you think when you get a chance.

@ @ZA - i centered the middle of the boots 2cm forward from the mid-point which makes the skis feel shorter, as well as turn faster. Gradually you can move the mid-point back again, maybe .5 cm, &/or 1cm, etc.

I bought that ski last season. I'm 172 cm tall and intermediate skier. I chose 163 and I found this ski as the perfect weapon for me. It is very easy in almost all conditions of snow. It is very light and very easy to start carving. I hilghly recomend this thing for intermediate skiers who want to improve his carving skills and just want a pair of skis for all conditions.

Thanks Guys, apart from dimensions & width, for a medium-Intermediate skier, could you please post other differences between this ski: V4 XL, versus the regular V4, and V6? thanks!! Also, for a mid-Intermediate skier, is it OK to get the XL as tall as me if i haven't skied for 10 years? I see that professional & Olympic skiers use REALLY LONG skis. thanks again!!

The helmet is perfect. The only problem I am facing with it so far is the availability of transparent goggles. For some reason, they’re out of stock everywhere. If HEAD would be so kind to contact me and provide the damn transparent lens, I would be VERY thankful. Except for this little problem, the helmet is just amazing.

Hey ya know the toe piece adjustment is easy to find BUT the heel piece lever is black on black and a " totally" +×÷=%/\* to find.. It took me at least 2 min to find something soooo insignificantly important. RRRRR. but it is a brilliant bit of engineering. Maybe a different colour would be most helpful. Hugs n kisses your friendly look binding technician. Ha ha merci n bon nuit

I’m afraid this is common with high performance boots like these. I’ve had good luck kind of untraining the overlapping plastic flaps to be more open. I prop them open with firewood or large coffee cups and keep them in front of a gentle heat source when I am not wearing them. This and a year or so of wearing them really helps. Always get them warm to put them on or take them off. I actually have a dewalt heat gun I used this year because we had to boot up in our vehicles due to covid. Other times I have had to sit in my car for 15 minutes to get the things warm (Head R2RD race boots). Heated boot bags help too. And your technique for putting them on will improve with time. But they aren’t for sissies that’s for sure. On my 3rd season now and I finally love these boots.
