    एक अंग्रेजी कमांडो ने murph workout बनाया था वो एक मिशन में शहीद ही गया था। उसका वर्कआउट जो है ओसमे मैं ये 300 का leg का वर्कआउट करता हु। एक जैसी करने के बजाय अलग अलग एक्सरसाइज करता हु। 10 ×30 कुछ में 20 rep लेकिन साधारण up down करके बाकी गिनती पूरी कर लेता हूँ।
