What an hilarious joke like "Australian reporter" Vicky sticky stinky Xu. Autocracy is what Human Rights Watch a NFP for military propaganda. This autocracy has LIFTED millions from poverty into the middle-class & HAS UNITED 97 Nations without a war into Belt Road. When these countries ditch the dollar, your nation will have to make yr own or PAY the prices from Southeast Asia. Salvadore Mundi who holds the crystal ball?

Korea has the top notch advanced technology in terms of 4th revolutionary technology and industrial based technology. Korea actually does not want to share advanced technology with Australia. Because Australia is just a 3rd world country in terms of technology. Australia does not much technology to share with Korea. Korea just want to share it with U.S only.

This is a perfect example of the challenges facing Australian Cyber Strategy. People leading strategic policy with little or no formal qualifications in Cyber, Technology or Security. You can't be a Doctor, Lawyer, Teacher, Social Worker, Psychologist or Nurse in Australia without formal qualifications and registration. However, anyone can be a Cyber Expert and drive strategic policy. Rather ironic

The Chinese government recognized the strategic importance of rare earth elements sixty years ago. The Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute was established in 1963 to study and develop rare earth extraction and processing technologies. As of October 2018, China had filed for 25,911 rare earth patents compared to 9,810 from the US. In China, there are 39 universities with 6000 PhDs focused on rare earth research. China's rare earth mining and processing uses toxic chemicals and the potential for radioactive contamination in the extraction process. The environmental impact includes soil and water pollution, posing risks to ecosystems and nearby communities. Additionally, the depletion of local resources and the irreversible damage to biodiversity are associated with intensive mining activities. While China bears the environmental and resource depletion costs, other countries, reliant on cheaper rare earth imports from China, benefit economically without directly shouldering the environmental and sustainability burdens associated with rare earth extraction and processing. The Chinese government has responded to environmental and sustainability concerns associated with the overproduction of rare earth elements through a series of measures. Stricter environmental regulations have been implemented to control toxic chemical use and prevent radioactive contamination in mining and processing operations. Efforts to consolidate the industry aim to improve overall efficiency and environmental standards, while export quotas and regulations help manage global supply and prevent resource depletion. Investment in research and development focuses on cleaner and more sustainable technologies for rare earth extraction. It's unclear how China is compelling the USA to buy rare earth from China. Imposing a 1000 percent tariff on rare earth imports may incentivize domestic mining and processing. This arrangement could be considered a win-win for both nations: the US gains total control over rare earth within its borders and earns extra tax revenues. At the same time, China has fewer resource depletion and environmental issues to deal with. However, a 1000 percent duty may not be a sufficient incentive to encourage domestic processing; an initial 2000 percent duty would be better. Since the production is for the domestic defense industry and that of its allies, there is no prospect of increasing the scale of production to reduce the price to compete with China. Start using Thorium Molten Salt Reactors to simultaneously make thorium valuable, address climate change issues, and solve the spent nuclear waste problem. The research conducted by West Virginia University and Penn State’s Center for Critical Minerals, focusing on methods to extract and separate rare earth elements and critical minerals from acid mine drainage and coal waste, looks very promising.

Geochemical 'Fingerprint' of NASM's Lost Basin Project compared to Minamitorishima Deep Sea REE Resource GNW Article content MIAMI, Sept. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - North American Strategic Minerals Inc., a private US Delaware corporation, was formed in 2020 to explore for rare earth metals after its founders recognized a significant new geologic model for rare earth mineralization hosted in paleo basin pelagic sediments. Similar rare earth mineralization was first noted in modern basin pelagic sediments found at various locations on the Pacific seafloor. The mechanism of formation of this new type of rare earth mineralization is the direct precipitation of these critical metals from seawater into seafloor pelagic sediments. Article content The largest and most important of these rare earth seafloor metal precipitate deposits is known as the Minamitorishima deposit in the western Pacific. Technical details of Minamitorishima were first published in 2018 by a consortium of Japanese scientists who described this world-class rare earth deposit as having the potential “to supply these metals on a semi-infinite basis to the world.”1 Minamitorishima is considered to be the largest rare earth deposit in the world eclipsing all terrestrial deposits documented in China, Australia, Brazil, Vietnam, Greenland and elsewhere. The Japanese are currently investing six billion Yen to advance and develop the Minamitorishima deposit. Article content After recognizing the significant importance of this new style rare earth mineralization, NASM has applied this new target model to its exploration activities in paleo basin sediments at various localities of North America since 2020. NASM’s rare earth targets are found in a unique and very specific paleo basin sedimentary facies containing significant stratiform rare earth mineralization. This new style of rare earth mineralization discovered is distinctly different from common black shales or coal bearing sediments typically found throughout the world containing trace amounts of various minor metals.

More war-mongering lies from ASPI, a supposedly NGO financed by OZ defence, US state dept and a handful of weapons corporations and specifically designed to spread provocative BS in the USA's proxy wars against China and Russian in their vain attempts to maintain their global hegemony. There is no way we can win against China or Russia who would be fighting to protect their homes. The US and its allies/vassal states have been in an almost constant state of war since WWII, never against a peer military and always with air superiority. That should guarantee 100% success but the largest and most expensive military the world has ever seen hasn't always won. They have zero possibility of success against peer militaries protecting their own homes. Protecting democracy in Taiwan is yet another piece of BS. Who still believes we have government of the people by the people for the people? The really obvious and massive corporate influence on our govts puts the lie to that. We are ruled by unelected and largely unidentified boardroom oligarchs, effectively a corporate dictatorship. A really simple way to avoid conflict would be for the US and its vassal states to stop provoking China. That would have prevented the war in Ukraine too.

The very unfortunate thing is that very slowly serious thinkers and analysts are coming to the conclusion that this war could be next year. Most likely next April-May. Military analysts know that the Taiwan Straight is shallow and the water levels will Only allow an invasion in the months of April-May or August. China publicly has had a goal to be ready by 2027. Observers are now saying that many hundreds of preparations have been conducted already and that Xi only needs one more military exercise being an amphibious rehearsal assault to test tactics and materials. This test can be conducted this August. That will be a clear sign that they now are prepared. Of course they are not ready to take on the US and our ally’s. Xi can not allow Taiwan to finish arming themselves or else he will see something worse then Putins idiotic mistake. No Xi will move sooner then later. Next April- May will be his earliest chance to move. How long would you wait? Also we can expect the unexpected in the form of chemical and or bio weapon warfare. The US just found a Chinese military lab hidden in California. They were studying Covid-19. A deadly biological attack following a nuclear attack would be catastrophic. And possibly the only way China could win. When the invasion begins is too late to get what you will Need at the store. You have to plan on living with mo electricity for 12-18 months. That means no stores, no gas, no running water. Also most likely no police and no national guard bc they would be fighting and no preparations for civil defense. No help will be coming . We will be on our own scrounging for food and water and trying to defend against desperate crowds or gangs with guns. You have to have a plan to get out of the city. They will Be killing zones. I expect no invasion except for a deadly virus. There is much preps to do. We have NO more time to waist. Good luck and God bless you and yours. Now get ready!
