  I just got my first Corvette and I’m thinking about adding side pipes. I’m worried though because I’m a bigger guy and I have to slide in and out of the car since there’s no tilt column I don’t wanna burn my legs. How far do the pipes typically stick out?

  Here's a little bit of information. You might want to know. They never made a high boy. In 1978 production on the highway stopped in 77. All you have is a 78 Ford F254 wheel drive. Nowif it has a divorced Transfer case in it. Obviously somebody has played with the truck somewhere along the line
