I just today finished (audiobook) "The Escape Artist." It's understandable why Rudolph's/Walter's account of his imprisonment in Auschwitz failed to gain traction in the outside world. I can't say "first," or "second," because both of these factors are equal: The notion that a modern civilized nation (Germany) could mass-murder people in an industrial fashion was incomprehensible... immediately evoking denial. And, the descriptions of prisoner life in Auschwitz were contrary to all concepts of human decency... evoking further denial. I recommend Herman Wouk's novel "War and Remembrance," for the best historical-fiction descriptions of life in Auschwitz along with the murder process. Those vignettes, narrated in present tense, put the reader right there.

Inspirational! In my day "healthy" food was diet drinks and slimming yoghurts full of chemicals - to keep your weight down. So grateful to learn about this way of eating. We had the beet, pear and carrot salad thanks to Hugh's suggestion. Also upping our plant game. Toasted seeds and nuts with most meals. Thanks for this.

Wilding our mindsets is truly the key to Rewilding as old patterns are hard to break free from. In indigenous farming from India there is a common saying 'footprints of the farmer and all animal's are part of the correct stimulas required to create soil disturbnce for different seeds to come alive..❤❤❤❤

Such a sweet man! He does'nt strike me as a person who likes to be alone, however, which makes it very sad to learn that he set off alone on that hike in Greece which lead him to his accidental death. Heartbreaking 😢!

It’s incredible how outdated diet is in British healthcare. To suggest cornflakes and white bread is massively negligent. Get them on a bowl of macadamia, almonds, goat cheese, sweet pepper, strawberries, with a touch of EVOO and ACV. Show them the goodness. After a fast I love some broiled brussel halves with EVOO and some bacon. It’s a great treat.

This video highlights your book so beautifully. It was such a a touching, well told story about, not only the Met, but about humanity. I now look at museums and museum guards in an entirely different way and appreciate how you opened my eyes. Thank you for your outstanding book. I hope you write another one! Cassie Wright

What a loss to the nation, cannot believe this lovely man who educated us all in the simple basics that doctors DO NOT know, has passed. I'm on holidays in Spain from Ireland, have always watched him on TV and we have 2 of his books...devastated to be following the story the last few days. Never fear, he will live on in our healthy lives and sincere condolences to the lovely Claire and family, I know you are all so proud of what he brought to this life. May you have peace at some stage. He can never be replaced but he is a legend. ❤😢x

An enjoyably passionate presentation on a poet I have yet to read, although I inherited an old volume of his poems from my mother. I also have your book now so look forward to digesting that and absorbing his passions. You were recently at Hay but were engaged in the children's sessions, maybe one day you'll feel able to enchant the adults too - like you do in this recording. Many thanks.

Found this after searching for his videos following the news of the discovery of his body. RIP Mr Mosley. What an amazing video, definitely one of the best on health that I have ever listened to. Such a huge loss as he talked SO MUCH sense with regard to health. Maybe even more people will look him up now which can only be a good thing for everyone's health. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Capitalism profits by selling illusions and stupifying the young - the real price comes later - because the very nature of capitalism is NOT truth, competiton, freedom or democracy or human well-being - Capitalism is an animalistic system, dog-eat-dog reality that ALWAYS leads to monopolistic abuse, corruption and war. Capitalism INCENTIVIZES greed, theft, deceit, corruption, and violence. It ALWAYS leads to alienation, political corruption, embezzlement, psychological trauma and suicide. For example, the greatest numbers of mass shootings happens to take place in the greatest capitalist nation - the USA - and not surprisingly it is also the greatest exporter of violence around the world.

Make people ashamed of their history and they'll be easier to bully and manipulate. They'll also accept the destruction of their identity in the name of multiculturalism. Britain's wealth was built on the backs of the white working class, who slaved in mines and factories in their millions. Slavery itself has been practised everywhere, since the beginning of human history. The Africans themselves were in it up to their necks. I'm sorry for anyone who suffered, but I feel zero guilt. Zero.

Strawman argument. "The science" for us "deniers" is that hypocritical Davos elites, buying their 4th waterfront property and flying private planes are stroking their own egos by pretending theyre saving the world by telling plebs that we need to eat more carcinogenic processed foods, more isolation (same ppl who loved covid lockdowns), sedimentary lifestyle (15 min cities), covid boosters (without long term studies), higher taxes, tust the experts, etc. Ironically this is the very authoritarianism he aludes to in the past but in sheep's clothing. Jordan Peterson has a good rebuttal to thugs like this. Do your own research before listening to this guy. What % of CO2 is man made? What% of man made co2 is made in America? What % of land for livestock can actually be converted to farmland? How reliable is global temperature data? What would folks like AL gore and bill gates gain from climate policies? How do plants store carbon in their roots and how does animal grazing effect it? Etc.
