Como consiguen volver a la superficie con el delfín sin usar las piernas? Que músculos usan en ese movimiento? Me parece clave para coseguir una mariposa fluída.Gracias.

Zona media, zona media, zona media jeje La idea que debes tener en mente al intentar estos drills básicos es que el pecho quiere ir hacia el piso mientras que la cabeza (la coronilla) quieren mantenerse en movimiento hacia delante y cerca de la superficie del agua. Es buena idea ayudarse al principio con aletas de las clásicas (las negras no muy rígidas) no las de natación. Todo es cuestión de lo que se intenta 😉

Tratamos de mantenernos en el agua porque ahí está la clave. En tierra todo lo que aporte flexibilidad a lo largo de la columna vertebral (como Yoga) y fuerza en el core (zona media) es escencial.

what he lose there, he takes advantage in other areas. He swim as perfect as you can do in this distance. if he do what you say that might slow him down actually because he need certain techniques to keep this WR speed which is not easy at all. This is very mental too because he basically swim alone in the competitions. would be different if someone else swam this fast.

You are wrong- going 14:30 will require for him doing sub 29 seond splits only on the last 8~10 Laps, means another 6~8 additional laps.

He has great rotation but his stroke isn't perfect. He drops his left wrist just before his catch and he breaks at the waist when he breathes coming off the wall. Both things cause additional drag which means he can get even faster still.

Also consider that most mortals in swim clubs across the land would love to be able to swim a 100m freestyle in 55 seconds. Sun did his LAST 100m in 55 seconds!
