  • @partytimemotorsport7626

    Yeah I am thinking staying 98 but was also considering e85 to reduce intake temps

  • @haydnsam3871
    @haydnsam3871Ай бұрын

    E85 will need a lot of money spent on fuel pumps , surge tank , 1000cc injectors , new fuel lines etc. Ring gap it and get a good 98 tune.

  • @partytimemotorsport7626
    @partytimemotorsport7626Ай бұрын

    I’m really leaning towards e85 to help with intake temps and for easy power as it is a dedicated track car but thinking 98 might be more realiable

    i dont know about where you enter your skids. but if you move up a class when you have turbo, it might be best to keep it NA. i have a couple turbo ones and when they break its more expensive. im actually building a NA "stocker" to stay in sportsman and hopefully have more fun for cheaper.

    Those intakes do nothing but suck in hot air they need cool air or a tune the stock one would been way better or you should have left bottem of the air box in there pointing that pod filter down in there and the vent that goes Upto the bonnet screws to the radiator support at top where the cold air comes through crack of bonnet

    Im on board, previously subbed. Yea you can do some mods before going turbo but purely wasting money. As for your fuel issue can sound like a fuel pump but would replace the fuel filter, run fuel or injector cleaner and see if it comes to life as a reletive inexpensive start of diagnosis. If your going turbo Im not sure how many parts you want to seeminngly use once off wise, you know what I mean. But it could be anything they can be tempermental with a running issue. Someone cluey will know for sure. I reccomened replacing the throttle cable, inspect it at least, they snap at the threads, Valley gaskets always let go. Cheers.
