Listening to this soothes me so much. The tune is playful yet relaxed, I think it's my favourite out of all DMMD soundtracks. It brings me back to the good old days years ago when I first played this game. It was my first ever experience playing a visual novel (got Clear's bad ending 2 times in a row, lmao) and, oh boy, I am glad it was. The format of a vn introduced me to so many features I, after years of playing arcades, couldn't even imagine a game might have. Such raw voice acting and sheer brutality of bad endings left a great impression on me. It showed me that a story can go far beyond the norms of morality as the worst happens and that it all might be the consequences of *your* actions. It opened up a whole new world of suffering in fiction that I felt in love with, and that continues to fascinate me to this day. (Maybe Dramatical Murder was the reason I am studying Russian literature in a university now all along, lol) So thank you, DMMD, for in a way becoming a gateway drug to plently of important things in my life today. I love the direction my life took because of it. Can't wait to get my hands on Slow Damage to see how far Nitro+CHiRAL has come since then

omg I agree 100%! tho idk i feel like slow damage really amped it up with the gore theme and sth that I always liked abt DMMD was the fact that the good endings always pay off without Aoba undergoing eternal suffering yk, while in slow damage the protag is really fucked up so I'm reluctant to start it 😭. Tbh I even found togainu too depressing? Tho ig DMMD is regarded as the tamest nitro+ game so ig that explains why I find the vibe of their other games too dark? Tho I heard that lamento is pretty mild as well so maybe I'll play that next

Bruh I always end back to this song. I remember year's back I dressed up as Aoba and pretended to be exactly like him. Man I remember those day's. When life wasn't so bad, and it was easy. It's so crazy looking back on this and remembering all the game plays, and all the lewd scenes that my innocent self at the time shouldn't be seeing lol.
