I'd use diana or bolverk offenses vs the sylvia giselle def. I think at some point elemental nat5 offenses should be fair and expected for a strong guild vs these defs, people that don't have the counters should wait for others with them to clear it safely.

Yep! Kunite can maintain stone form easily, whereas Malite relies on being attacked in stone form.

It has potential to blow you up turn 1 with Gapsoo s2 Branding -> Theomars s2 -> Perna. However, there are plenty of counters vs. this format due to the lack of turn 1 threat and strip potential.

thanks for sharing the siege, i like to watch but find out boring to play on g3 siege, same def to defeat, tons of dupes for OF.... you need to enjoy to endure this level of siege.
You can use non-dupes on offense in G3 and play how you want, but it just takes up too much time with how the game mode is structured. Otherwise, that's why it's easier to use duplicate offenses. I do enjoy it, though wouldn't mind a change! Thank you for watching!!

Hello is the theo gapsoo perna a good defense and if so how to rune it? And another question i have a vancliffe is the defense with gapsoo and perna legit or did you opponent just want to flex his LD5
It's one of the better Gapsoo defenses because it's innately anti-cleave, and some people don't realize Branding affects AI targeting. You can run it to counter Miho, turn 1 cleaves, turn 2 comps, etc. -- whichever you feel your account can do best. Vancliffe is decent, but offenses can abuse his s3 because DEF break only works if there are beneficial effects to replace, so you just simply don't bring in beneficial effects and he's not DEF breaking. That being said, you'd likely want to use him as a stripper in that case and tie him with another DEF breaker, treating his s3 as supplemental.

If the option to use her is available and you have good discretion of which defenses to use the offense against, she's great to keep in your arsenal. Don't forget to farm good artifacts!
I am a bit skeptical first on using Julie to cleave I thought the damage will be quite weak if no def break,tried it out and I am happy with it The key is the artifact additonal damage line,building more of this in the future once I get good runes @@CloudTears

58k vs non minus water vritra is really not that great,between potentially having to fight despair comps that get on tick 4 with speed buff,slow,the posibility to tank that(on my account i could make a plus 48-50k vritra on vio nem and easily be close to tick 5 with ciri lead),factor in threat state reduction , i would stop using this entirely. Also for the sylvia if u have kinki u should try to build around that its free,even with my +207 vio sylvia that defense through testing never stood a chance to kinki.
Part of these counters is the defense doesn't always know what it's up against -- though in revealing does put them at risk. I try to prepare for the worst outcomes at least, and these counters won't always be 100%. I think it'll get to a rune/artifact difference when it comes down to encountering high HP -water, still have improvements I can make on the team. I just summoned Kinki recently, what would be the +2 for that team, DD + support + Kinki?

Good amount of ways to cleave it as well since its a 1 threat comp,suicide comps should also get rid of odin , then its a wrap Odin is untunable even on swift with spd inc eff artis , and even if you somehow manage an idk 210 dd set on cr s4 there is the risk of adrianna not using s3,bad defense overall,same issue as sylvia fei + support
Probably something like a mihyang kroa bethony/chris whatever else could kill odin once and have mihyang finish up , obviously properly speed tuned with most likely spd inc eff artis or some chilling comps , i know mih kroa is much faster , now idk about the math on chilling tho

I've thought about this loss scenario and it would be from never moving or your Chacha/light tank eat an unwanted DEF break, but the lockdown on Covenant would be localized to only the AoE from Ciri/Vritra. If you can get Covenant s3 off at any point, then you should be fine, your Chacha + light tank should be able to sustain otherwise -- especially if it's automatic sustain like Felleria, though can't say yet who is the best light tank for the job.
Amarna should work there right?
Amarna's base stats aren't great for being a 4* support. You'd find his s1 and s2 are rather useless for the goals of the offense as well.
@@CloudTears Ty for this off I test it on Europe serv at this moment the 2 bad thing can happend I saw its if its a -water vitra and he still have the threat on he can survive or if I dont manage well the threat and I got a defbreak on chacha or light tank. Maybe fran can solved the 1st problem. I prefer use a wil chacha 100 res for avoid the maximum a defbreak from vitra
So Cloud, can you give me some teams for offense or defense using Fermion. Anything you've seen or had to deal with or know how to use Fermion in conjunction with. I've seen many, many g3 defenses using him that didn't seem great(I know its not spamable which skews its defensive capabilities). I've also been told that Fermion offenses are guaranteed victories but no one has expanded any further. Just curious if you anything that may be able to help me with him on offense and/or defense. Thanks!

wind panda, water horse and fermion is a good offense 👍
Main issue I see with Fermion defenses is they forget he needs Accuracy, his strip + provoke and DEF break are quite strong for locking down. You can also treat him as potential anti-cleave and/or anti-Sonia, since he has damage mitigation and naturally high DEF. Skyfall had a Chandra, Feng Yan, Narsha defense perform well during tournament, so if you can think of Fermion as a Feng Yan there, it could give you some ideas. In the current Byungchul meta, he's also worth considering as a pair to counter turn 1 cleaves together, though if you can work a Swift threat into the Fermion defense, it's more threatening. As for offense, he's technically a dark tank, so you can work around with that.

Well u never go Leo into Carcano, already 1. turn he could stance and proc snipe feng away. If it would be anti Leo Eivor should be crt dmg and carc should hitting some 40k on feng due no spd need. Also its very interesting what old deffs (compare to Europe meta) u fighting, like mst i saw last time 2 years and Miyjang Chichild 1 Year ago xD Still for lower ranks like g1 hard deffs
Yeah, every server has their own meta, and you'll see guilds in lower G3 or below run older defenses as well -- think this may also go for each server and their respective past metas.

Julie's SPD is going to depend on the SPD of your Bernard -- in terms of speedtuning. If you'd like more advanced help, I suggest asking in the Discord because I'd be able to see your rune quality. There are speedtuning programs available online as well, such as SWOP's speedtuner.

Why do you run atk increasing effect on your galleon?
In the event I proc after buffing and have the opportunity to hit a Wind unit, it's more DMG in case it glances while also helping damage for hitting into non-Wind.
