Yes, just a quick question. If the seller refuses to pay the buyers agent commission, and the buyer can’t afford to pay the agent a commission, how is the agent going to be paid?
If the buyer can't afford the buyers agent's commission out of pocket and the sellers are not accepting offers with them paying the buyers agent, the buyer can opt to raise the offer price to give room for the buyers agent commission. They just have to let the sellers know that what they will get is the NET amount after their buyers agent gets paid. They can also try to ask the lender or the sellers for credit to pay for their buyer's agent. I hope that makes sense!!

I checked out your KZread channel. I found some problems. 1. SEO Score is very low 2. No Title - Description - Tag SEO friendly 3. No Share Social Media Platform and many problems on your KZread Channel. If you do proper SEO of your videos and SEO of your channel, your videos will go viral very quickly. Its not a lie if your willing to wait, do research and take time to understand the process. Realitors have convinced people they are always educated and the most qualified, when in reality anyone can get a realitors license with like a 6 week class, a written test and a license fee. They are no more qualifed than car salesman.
How is that a lie? I sold my house to another person he paid me cash and I didn't have to give any of it to anybody

I mean it wouldn't be as bad if people didn't expect a 100% to 130% mark up on house's value. Just because you put a 10×10 back porch on your home does not mean you should get an extra 22k in Personal Profit for selling your home.
The problem is there’s not a lot of homes for sale so the ones that are available buyers are competing for. And a lot of buyers are willing to go way over just to get the house
@@GabbyMagsinoRealtor all i know is all the starter homes that used to sell for under 150k are gone. Greedy people bought them cheap then fixed them up at bottom doller then flip them for Double they bought them for. They did that everywhere around where i live. So now you can't find a home for less the 300k

My goodness all the steps to own a home is a lot to take in even though i want my household to someday finally own a home instead of renting. My household is currently looking for much better place to live in that's not in bad neighborhoods. It's so frustrating trying to find a better place that's affordable. The type of home that my household are mainly looking for are townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in North Jersey (easy commute to New York) that accepts section 8. I wish buying homes were as simple as buying material goods. My household definitely needs help finding a better place to live.
What do you recommend for someone who wants to have a more stable career in real estate field ? Are brokers able to get full time salaried positions or its the same 100% commission for them too? Also did I understand correctly that depending if you are buyer or seller agent you might not have to drive around so much everyday?

That's great! I work in those areas. Once you find a house and we get your offer accepted it is about 45 days. But the whole process really depends on how long it will take for us to get under contract on a home! Hope that helps!
