Looking fantastic, Amanda!!! I can tell a weight has been lifted. I am so happy for you and Dean and the kids on Dean making Captain. You carried a heavy load through COVID. *I love the swearing...we swear all of the time in the small law firm, where I work. It just adds pizazz!

It’s so great to see you! I’m on and off Instagram as that’s my only social media avenue and I’ve been off for a while so haven’t seen you. I’m glad to hear everything is going well and yay for Dean on his new license!!!! I’ve actually made some changes to my life as well, pretty much because I’ve been “suffering” from some perimenopause symptoms for quite a few years and decided to take matters into my own hands. One thing is slowing down/stopping drinking. The reason I say slowing down is because of the peer pressure that’s probably in my own head. I don’t want to be THAT person on a date with my husband or with my friends that’s not drinking. Even though I’m pretty sure I’m the same person with or without a drink. I just worry that they will just think I’m not having fun or not fun to be with if I just get water. I should really just get over it and own it because now when I do drink if I’m out with someone, I sleep horribly and just don’t feel good. It’s not worth it! Cutting way way back has been life changing for me and I love it. I could go without a drink probably for the rest of my life. I really don’t miss it at all and I pretty much had at least one drink almost every night before January. Anyway, keep up the great work and I’ll work on taking ownership of my drinking and just won’t if I don’t want to.

Please put that non-alcoholic drink video together! I did do Dry January and went through most of February without alcohol. I consider myself a social/weekend warrior but I want to try going alcohol free for an extended period. Thanks! I love you have 5 months!

My son is 14 now but had the surgery done at 7, it was a taught recovery as for any other kid, he never had ear infection any more and no more snoring and breathing problems at sleep, but I notice that he does catch cold very easily.

If you are 13, honey, go 14, 15. You mature a lot in those years and older boys might mistreat you ❤ When I was 14 I had a really beautiful relationship for 2 and a half years with my boyfriend who was 2 years older x Make sure you do your research on sex ed! Stay safe if you decide to do anything. And at anytime if you decide you don't want it, "wait, stop, I don't want this anymore".
