What’s the price for like 6 guests at the Universal Studios Hollywood near the Theme Park like let’s say we go in December how much would it be and does this hotel 🏨 do discounts for like Military or Police ? And is their free WiFi at that hotel 🏨 and does that include with the VIP because I saw the VIP book 📕 in their and how many beds 🛌 are their at that Hotel 🏨 and so what’s the policy for the Sheraton hotel 🏨 like could we bring our own food 🥘 or like what if we buy the food over their can we use them and do they have a gym over their and a pool over their and where’s the buffet at that hotel and so do they have a two bed room with a couch 🛋️/pullout bed as well and like could we bring our own food 🍱 to that hotel 🏨 or do we have to get food at that Sheraton Hotel 🏨 at Universal Studios Hollywood in LA and does this come with the VIP pass ? And if they do the Military or Police Discount what would it be at that hotel ?

I stayed there last year and I stayed there in 2017 and I loved it I love the lazy river I think I'm going to be is a better Resort than the Disney ones last year I went to Disney I did like Cabana Bay the best if I decide to come back to universal I am staying at Cabana Bay I always stayed at the Americana

We were there two years ago…, the private island was lovely…the Italian buffet was the only decent food….they hotel and grounds needs upgrading….on a scale of 1-10…it’s a 5
I’m happy to report that the resort has had significant upgrades and improvements in the last few years! :) Even more room upgrades have been completed since my visit in 2023.

Hi! Is Disney Junior available on this resort?
The TV service at all Disney resorts has several channels with Disney content including Disney Junior. They also have some on demand content like recordings of fireworks and Disney bedtime stories. There is no Disney Jr. theming at this resort. If you are looking to meet Disney Junior characters you'll want to head to Hollywood Studios where they have the Disney Junior Dance Party, Disney Jr. character meets, and a Disney Junior character breakfast option at Hollywood and Vine. And 11 more days I'm going to be staying at all star movie Resort I went two years ago and I stayed at Pop century I preferred room and I requested a ground floor and a toy story section I'm getting excited I don't think they share the buses anymore what if they do that's okay
Have an amazing trip!! In my experience the buses sometimes share between all three All-Star resorts and sometimes each All-Star resort has their own. But either way the buses will get you where you need to go!
Are there hotels with views on the us side
Hello! No there are not any hotels on the U.S. side with decent views of the falls. For views you really want to stay on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Hi Katie! Thank you for the detailed room tour. I'm curious, do you know if all the rooms are one regular bed and one murphy bed or do some have 2 regular beds?
Thanks for the question! All of the standard rooms have a murphy bed and a normal bed. There are no options with two normal beds. For that I'd suggest looking at Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms. That would be your only option for two normal beds at the value resort level. All Star Music also has family suites which feature one king bed and two murphy beds. I'd be happy to put a quote together for you! www.katievtravel.com

I've had my trip booked for a few months now but have been watching some videos to get more familiar with the resorts (3 hotel split stay) I'll be at, but thank you so much for the offer!

How strict is the keep clean deposit
I visited in 2021 so things were slightly different with housekeeping due to COVID. However, all we had to do for cleaning was to empty the trash before we left. I would treat the cottage well during your stay and make sure to do any clean up that they ask of you when you leave and you shouldn't have an issue.

Private transfer in BMW is for Butler categories only.
Thanks for the comment! We stayed in a club level room and had a private BMW transfer in 2022. At that time club and butler room were both getting BMW transfers. I just confirmed that currently this is just being offered in butler level room. Thanks for the update! :)
There are true swimup rooms in the Balmoral building too.

We usually stay at Hilton. what would be your preference? thanks
I chose this hotel over the Hilton because I liked the rooms here at the Sheraton better as well as the overall vibe of the resort. The Sheraton is also ever so slightly closer to Universal Studios if you plan to walk back and forth. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Universal.

Thanks for your extensive review! I’m considering staying here during VA Garden week. Having a kitchen will be helpful, since my Mom has special dietary needs and cooks her own food. I like the extra yard space and the fact that you can drive right up to the room too.
I loved staying at the riviera apart from my view , I had a preferred view ,but I personally didn’t feel the view should have been preferred view. I did ask for a move but the hotel was full ! However I wrote to Disney to say how disappointed I was ! They explained that standard views were the car park and have gifted me a stay there ! Wow what customer service ! Now very happy
I'm so glad that customer service was able to resolve the issue in a way that worked out for you! I think Disney has excellent customer service and it's really nice to hear personal stories about interactions with them. I really enjoyed our preferred view but it's so hard with views as there are so many versions you can get and the photos we all see are always the absolute best view possible. So glad you ended with a happy experience!

The distance to the main resort varies widely based on what house you are assigned. It can be a 3 - 15 minute walk. You can request a closer house but this is not guaranteed. You can however drive from your house and park at the main hotel area if you will have a car.

did you eat there too?
Yes I did. I dinned at the main restaurant twice for dinner and I enjoyed my meal both times. Most of their menu is also available for room service. They also serve a buffet breakfast though I did not try that. There was also a pool bar and a lobby bar that had a hand full of grab and go items. The gift shop also had prepackaged snacks and similar. The hotel is also about a 10 - 15 minute walk to Universal CityWalk which has lots of dining options. I'm working on a second video reviewing the entire hotel and my overall stay.

WARNING: Just got the bait and switch from #hiltongrandvacations #hiltongrandvac Bought a 4 day 3 night package when we visited the Powhatan Williamsburg VA resort. They sold me a package to stay at a resort and do a Timeshare Sales Tour. Just called HGVC to stay in Virginia Beach Hilton Grand Vacation Club to use what we purchased and they are putting us in a Doubletree Hotel .... Dishonest Timeshare Company. If they are lying about the Tour Package what else are they lying about. If you are looking at a timeshare many other good companies are out there.

@@jnelllovesfood once you got to the ground level the walk to the beach was about 3 minutes. Should be about the same for all rooms of this type. I share a map in the video for a visual.
