  Found out that the onyx ring from forbidden reach works with these challenges. Forget what 3 primordial gems im running with ,i may try a different set of gems

  Unfortunately you cannot swap to the AoE spec when you have Vanish on cooldown / while it is recharching because then you are not allowed to drop the Without a Trace talent. Instead you could just keep Quick Decisions / Without a Trace in favor of Replicating Shadows / Shuriken Tornado. Spamming Shuriken Storm / Black Powder while in some stealth mode should be enough to kill the adds. edit: this works, with this modification i just finished the scenario after 19 attempts =_=

  Thanks! I use Plater for my nameplates. I don't know how to share my setting since i don't have a retail sub right now. Im taking a break until TWW. I do know i based my plater off of quazii.com/dragonflight-plater-nameplates-profile/ . All my changes are cosmetic and can be updated through the settings.

  I'm not sure what I'm doing differently but my team in this instance sems to be taking about 100% more damage than yours is? I'll be healing up one dude then the other 2 are basically just dead even after disrupting arcane blitz which is very confusing.

  The only thing i can think of is fan of knives is getting more then 1 tick off. That has to be stopped everytime. Basically unhealable.

  Phase 1 took me a bajillion tries. Here are some tips I can add: 1. Use Sheilun's Gift at 10 stacks when you have some downtime to keep you and your party topped up. I used it at the end of wave 2 when I just had the Arbalest left and during the 2-soldier wave immediately after the leg sweep. 2. Let your party members kill the Arbalests when they're the last enemy alive while you make your way to the spawn. When enemies spawn immediately gather them with a Spinning Crane Kick. This will make them stack so you can benefit from incidental AoE. 3. On the 2-soldier wave make sure you're focusing the Soldier that your party members are. Killing one soldier before they do their second Knife Dance will make it a bit easier. 4. Buy the Potion of Unbridled Fury and Drums of the Maelstrom from the AH and macro them into your Summon White Tiger Statue, big dam. 5. I used Invoke Chi-Ji during Phase 1 instead of Invoke Yu-Lon and used it during the second Fixate/Enrage that the Soldiers did along with Dampen Harm. This gave the party some healing and gave me some instant-cast smart-heal Enveloping Mists. I used Cocoon on myself during the first fixate/enrage same as the video. 6. Always interrupt the second cast of Arcane Blitz from the mages. Try to interrupt at the end of their cast for maximum value. 7. The last round of adds can get pretty hectic. Try to get a Sheilun's Gift cast off before this round spawns (as the last Soldier from the round before is dying) to give yourself some breathing room here. Focus on getting the interrupt off on the mage and then Paralysis the Soldier at the beginning of Knife Dance then position well for the Arbalest's Mana Sting. It's easy to lose track of the Arbalest during this round so try to keep them in your field-of-view if at all possible. As a side note I actually DID die on the last boss at around 2% boss life left because the entire arena was covered in Fel ooze and still won/completed the challenge because my allies were all topped up finished up the boss for me! Good call on that @Mr Sho!

  Weapon transmogs were only awarded in Legion, they are no longer obtainable and have been replaced by recolored tier set rewards.

  You can't get any of the weapon appearances from the mage tower anymore only set mogs. The weapon appearances were only obtainable during legion and will never be added back.

  Informative and the fight is very buggy and unforgiving. Multiple times my frost nova's don't work and don't freeze him in place.

  I agree the fight can be very unforgiving. In WoW there is something called Diminishing Returns. If you freeze something/stun something over and over the effectiveness of each cc is reduced until it does not effect the target. After a certain amount of time the DR resets and the next cc will be at full value. I do not know a good way to track this. It is more of a pvp thing, even though it does have some niche uses in pve as well. MT case and point.

  As a player who's done thousands of towers, your guides are not that bad. But, I can give you some real advice - you take too much damage while wasting a lot of time. E.G. - your last phase dps was less than 300. My last holy tower was about 710 dps + only 40% of the room covered. You can actually hold him on 1 puddle, using stun and your abilities, by rushing to him before his jump. Tower is undertuned nowadays, but that's just a tip on how to improve your skill. I can actually make a set of tips for any spec. I can agree that arcane tower is the most exhausting and menacing out there. Heals are all easy, I find paladin the hardest due to insanely overturned p1

  nice video. Corrupting Shadows enrages at 10%, the timer doesn't technically matter but i guess it's still true that you are on a tight timer since you will run out of arena space eventually if you don't do enough dps

  I linked the gearing guide. There are even more optimal ways to gear that require timewalking dungeons. The way i suggest can be done in 15-20 min with significant power gains although not fully optimal

  fucking hell, i did it 3rd try, was close to death since platform was almost full of aoe puddles, no lust, no trinkets, just df pvp greens on the last phase that aoe has less effective range than it's animation shows, so you can stand in it and dont move until you see shadowy effect on your screen and then continue to slowly spread it

  I wish this worked, but the fight is so buggy.. If the razer ice doesn't instantly kill you random leyline damage will when you try to leap to him. None of this works.

  @@mrsho1598 I know the spec. I've tried on all my characters. I can't outheal the damage or handle the adds in time. Even when I do, I tick massive damage every time until death. As blood, I just die instantly with zero explanation. Warrior it's the same.

  @@sanctuarypest2212 It sounds like you might be getting the stacking debuff way too high on your tanks. Standing in the circle around Variss increases the damage you take from Mind Rend, which can easily 1 tap you if you get more then 7 stacks. If you do get that many stacks. try and only let 1 cast go off then use orbs to stun when the cast is about to go off.

  yea the primary stat gem is unique equip so you can only have 1 of each type. So there is the Dragonflight gem, then the Leviathan Eye, Kraken Eye and Saber eye (Expensive). After that the BFA secondary stat gems scale better

  I highly recommend to NOT go immediately to the next phase when you are finished with the one you are on. You can wait as long as you need, change talents and wait for cooldowns (like lust). The next phase only triggers when you leave the current phase area.

  When the worm does his charge@ you (during his burrow phase) you want to make sure he hits the rocks that are on the ground. Hitting a rock removes a stack of his damage reduction aura. if you are lining it up well you can get the worm to hit all three rocks in a burrow phase. He does 2 charges each phase. I hope this helps

  Another thing is you missed a lot of AoE Damage by not taking Shadow Dance. With Shadow Dande, Underhanded Upper Hand, Blade Flurry, Ace up your Sleeve, and Improved Between the Eyes, you can chain cast multiple uses of Between the eyes, which will hit all the Imps, and each strike from a Between the Eyes cast has a chance to do 4x the normal damage. This is how you nuke Imp spawns as Outlaw.

  Nevermind all it took was complaining in a youtube comment and everything died, p1 is the only hard part of the entire thing god damn.   How can you do so much damage to the worm, it has 99% damage reduction, I can kill the taurem, but when it's just her, she does a lot of damage and I can't stay alive

  Great question. The worm has 9 stacks to start the fight. When he tunnels and charges you, each rock he hits removes a stack. So when you are killing the worms you have to line up the charge to hit rocks.

  The idea is to remove the stacks and push on the worm as much as possible when it is up. When the bloodtotem dies the worm starts doing more damage. You can stop sonic scream with coil and shadowfury but you will quickly run out of stops and the damage ramps. Ideally, you would kill bloodtotem when the worm is sub 15% health. Sometimes you will need to stop damage on bloodtotem to achieve this

  Damn this one sucks. I can't consistently pass the 4th and 5th packs of phase 1, giving me few attempts at what comes after. Wiping 20 times on phase 1 just to then get blown up by an eyeball and wipe another 40 times to be able to try again is the worst thing ever. I have 6 of the 7 achievements for "A Tour of Towers" and this is by far the hardest and longest piece of nonsense of them all. Absolute pure frustration. Every time the 4th pack comes I got an interrupt on cooldown from the previous knife guy. ONE fraction of a second off on the interrupts in phase 4 and it's all over, they kill my group so fast not even instant heals can keep up

  Agree. I think holy pally was the hardest of the healers. If you are looking for ease, i recall Resto Shaman being the easiest. Also the easiest class to pick up and play with little to no experience

  By far the worst one. I had to give up after about 40 attempts on pally and did it in about 10 on resto druid. I was hitting the same walls as you with maybe getting past the first stage every 10 or so on pally. Thank you for the guide though @mrsho1598 it really helped to know what was coming up.
