-Network with fellow industry peers through one-to-one meetings and parties
The next 100% Optical will take place on 25-27 February 2023 at London's ExCel.

Great product, I used it about 6 years ago when the central heating was playing havoc with my eyes. My Dry Eye problems disappeared after a couple of weeks using the Hot Eye Compress, massaging my eyelids to get the meibomium glands to excrete again and using eye wipes to clear away any bacteria from the eyelids.

Excellent. Of course you can measure your own visual acuity, objectively with your own Snellen Chart. With your own Test Lenses, you can estimate your refractive state, objectively yourself. A much more accurate, scientific and consistent measurement.
