Ma family andaru telugu pandits and telugu teachers andi.my daughter picks up both Telugu and English.but my son got language problems and didnt speak till 4 ..doctor said to speak only in one language so that he don't get confuse .after giving directions and communicating he picked up.. idi naku chala parents face chesamu ani chepparu .u missed this point andi .

Kani papa kids untaru school lo , Anna interest tho easy ga vellindi. Once first year lopey notlo easy ga English vacheydhi. Venakala undi Telugu lo matladu matladu anna venta Padanga with lot of difficulty she is able to speak Telugu, finally English ravali school ki velllataniki aney alochana assalu akarledu, bcoz in just 3 months kids can easily communicate in english. School will take good care of them and it’s nice to learn English from school teachers who knows the proper accent and language.

The last points you mentioned are 100% correct. The people who return to India (99.95%) adds some color to the real reason behind it. I saw 2 people who left the country on their own, 1 person got a better position in India (same company). Majority of them leave due to completion of 6 years (H1).
