Honestly your videos are so uplifting and give me hope. My home isn't half as bad as the ones you clean, but they're bad enough that I'm not comfortable having visitors often. It's always the little things that would take but moments to tidy or clean, but they build up as a result. Ive recently moved homes and I'm determined to keep my new home in a good condition and stay proactive so that a repeat of my last home will not happen. 💪

Why aren't your videos longer?
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have had to hire a cleaning service just to take out my garbage, which I double-bag but can't bring down a flight of stairs & across the parking lot to the dumpsters. I just let the garbage build up until bugs are flying around & it smells. I put the garbage out on my terrace until I can get someone to dump it for me. It cost me $70 just to have my garbage thrown out. What you do is a godsend. Again, thank you.
Do you have a fit younger neighbour that would take yours out weekly with theirs?

I would love to do this but I struggle with "germs" and "contamination" and can't get over feeling gross even after touching surfaces that aren't visibly dirty

Have you considered asking for volunteers? Genuine question, I think a lot of the people who watch your videos would want to volunteer to do this for their own community. Maybe they can only do once a month, but that's still one more neighbor helped. Then you (or a database!) could help connect the people who DM you with people in their area.

That's a very good idea actually- get a network of people willing to lend a hand and get people's homes back in order
Thank you for doing this for them. The secret is to try and keep it that way and that can be hard to do.
If you've watched her other videos, she checks in regularly on the people she has helped and provides cleaning and maintenance schedules for them and support as needed.
Cleaning people's home for FREE ??? Shisss!!! People starting take advantage of you. Just saying. 😠😠😠
I think she screens them and their background to see if they genuinely need help or if they are taking advantage. A lot of the people she cleans for are genuinely struggling with physical and/or mental health issues. Don't perpetuate the idea that people asking for help is taking advantage of someone. It just stops the people who actually need help from getting it and makes those who don't need the help, far more likely to receive it.

How do i get myself BACK to getting myself to do this?!! I paid for help to just stick with it , got turned into CPS anyway!! I got help but it was done for me ! I want help AS I Do it Too. Not for me!! That was 14 years ago.
Look, I’m glad it works for them, I guess I’m just different, I was raised with values that include your woman not having to clean up after your grill messes, I clean my own, my daddy cleans his own, his daddy cleans his own, plus we just do it the way we like, and that’s okay.

@barbb-g7077 Damn I keep asking around locally if anyone knows people out here and no one does/is willing. My home isn't even as bad as most of the homes she shows but people just don't want to help. (I always plan to pay/offer to pay people I hate when people do things for free for me.)

Last week I finally had the courage to reach out and ask for an estimate for someone to help with my situation. I haven't heard back about the cost yet and I'm scared I won't be able to afford it, but I made some kind of progress in the right direction and I'm clinging to that right now. It's hard to express how deeply devastating it is to hear people talk about people like me and spaces like mine like that, and I really appreciate you sharing this video and your rebuttal to that sentiment. I could have written that letter a thousand times. I need help, not condemnation.
