This is my house! I bought it back in 2016. The previous owner had made some major renovations, including exposing the logs inside. It sounds like there were at least two bedrooms upstairs, but it has always been one big room upstairs since I've known it. After I bought it, he told me it was haunted (didn't give me any stories, and I didn't ask), as did another woman who used to live there in the 90s, who happened to drive by while we were finishing the renovations the previous owner had started. As I recall, it was the same area/room that you had an experience in, but hers was with papers swirling around with closed windows, and she also heard folks going up and down the stairs when no one else was home. It's interesting because I grew up in downtown Jonesborough, and I had always been a little scared of this house, but hey! the right price made it appealing as a first-time home owner. Anyway, before the first night I stayed in the house, I got real drunk and had a "serious" conversation with it and its inhabitants and said I would take care of the house and asked anyone around to leave me alone, and I haven't had any weird experiences yet.

Man, love your subjects as we too live here in east TN but 1:41 into the vid and had yet to understand a single word you uttered. Dunno if it is your mic or mic on the phone or what, but all the words sounded like they were muffled. Once you got out of the car it was clear but dude, all your set up was a waste.

I was at that location one day as i was walking back to my car when i suddenly smelled men's cologne, and no one else was around. Or been around recently. It was an eerie feeling too.

Did you know that Paul Hursts family exhumed his remains and the say that is was not his torso! Also Bill, Loveday and Fritts were all mental patients. They were in a therapy group that my mother was in. Why didn’t let men’s mental status come up in court? I think they railroaded him. But I don’t believe Loveday was afraid of Bill. His mind was like that of a 10-12yr old kid.

😂😂😂 that cave isn't hauted , i use to go to work there with my cousin, loved that cave. They would turn the lights out, for tourists 😂😂, pitch black, and you can hear is the water dropping. On old 25 Tennessee ❤ crossing the highway was dangerous to get to the cave, southern drivers 😂😂😂

I’m sure it’s a great cave to get inside and see, the haunted stories came from park rangers who claimed to see civil war soldiers

I hate to admit this. But I was locked up with the woman that did this crime. She told me a whole different story than what this man is telling. But you know how things get turned around.. The woman went by Dottie and she told me the whole story of what happened she brag about it. It was a love triangle. Said her husband was jealous of the other man because he had a bigger penis than him. But let the stories go where they may..

I am a former State LEO, and grew up in the hood. So of course nothing scares me. I worked security at HexPol years ago, and it had demons. Those heavy metal doors have to be forced opened, and forced closed. It kept opening, and closing. By the time I got there the noses stopped. My car for some reason would not crank, and it was fairly new. Later the factory exploded. Btw the factory has a cemetery of three bodies some feet away.

Jason was the only one with gunshot residue all over him. He was the sole shooter according to all evidence. He bragged about murdering Vidar in Arizona to officers and inmates. But Officer Mackey's testimony wasn't allowed because Jason hadn't been read his rights before making his admission. Predictably, he changed his story later (several times).

I havent seen much on it. But also more towards the old highway they tore up was a dangerous highway with a lot of fatal car wrecks. So its very possible the actual cumberland gap is haunted in itself. Not to mention back in the 1700s....not everybody made it and some probably died on that mountain.
