  I grew up watching him throughout the early 90s just like everyone else so it sucks big time that he's gone and i know ALOT of people deal with depression etc but suicide is NOT the answer man. It's an unforgivable sin to take your own life and you'll definitely only go to 1 place for eternity if you do that so yeah,it sucks but it's also very selfish of him to do that as well.

  I believe he was murdered because he inspired masses of the world and Bruce Lee also died the year of the Dragon. these two both dying the year of the Dragon is not a coincidence

  Kimberly look I know you miss Tommy as Jason David frank but look one when he and Thuy Trang as Trini Kwan are brought back to life someday or some year there is only one way to make sure you and Tommy as Jason David Frank same with Thuy Trang as Trini Kwan and including Zack, Billy, Jason as Austin St. John never lose each other again the best way not to lose each other again is stay together as a friendship reunion that way when you six stay together, like always instead of splitting up and being on your own none of you will ever lose each other again that is a solution and remember Kimberly Tommy will always be with you.   I met him at PMC 2022 months before he passed away. I waited in line for six hours. My knees were in so much pain. I only had enough money for a selfie. He signed my white ranger helmet for free. He was so open when I met him. I miss him so much. 😢

  Akira Toriyama gave me direction in my life and the ability to know and do wrong and right through his work. My parents were awful, but DBZ got me through and made me want to be a good person. Goku is a literal hero to me. Akira Toriyama is a gift from God, sent to teach, inspire, make us laugh, and make us share our energy no matter what our differences to save the Earth. So whoever needs energy, just ask. Weve got you.

  God used this show to give me an example as a child of a character from a show i could look up to who would take on adversity and hardships that were bigger than him and Goku would face pain and suffering and be willing to sacrifice for those he loved. and God really used the character that Goku is when i was a child to encourage me to also face pain and hard challenges that were much bigger than me and Goku's character was an inspiration to me as a child 100% the story telling of dbz is one of the best in my opinion when it comes to the high stakes and the conflict in the story of dbz. i appreciate your willingness to be more vulnerable Sean. Thank you for sharing your humanity here with us in this video.

  We are all ants in the world of his greatness but also giants because he made us all feel that way with all of his work..of course Dragon Ball is the world to me but I being from a very unfortunate background both financially and much more my mother knew my love for Toriyama she found a way to scratch some funds together and get me chrono trigger on snes. His art work has always made me feel hopeful in life. His beauty can never be taken away even with hateful people...his love has made me who I am today, A Better Husband, A Better Father and a Better Man! <3

  Recently, I saw the Japanese commercial for Kakarot, and it was just about a boy growing into a man and still loving Dragon Ball though his life. I feel that really encapsulates what Akira did and why a lot of Japan were probably devastated by it, let alone the rest of the world. I completely agree with Sean, I feel for Toriyama's family, friends, and fans (myself being a fan of his work)
