You are very talented with the watercolors! Maybe one day you'll do a video on that? I'd watch. :-)
Love them Audrey!❤
Those are beautiful! 😊
Awww, thanks so much, Lisa! Have you been busy painting your pottery? I enjoyed your pond plates!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL OF THEM
Thank you SO MUCH, Angilie! I am so happy you like them!
Love all of them. I'm so envious on how talented you are. I love water colours, it can be quite a tricky medium to work with. You inspire me so much
That is so kind, Evelyn! I do love to paint!...as well as other mediums, but don't you find pottery is quite time consuming? Do you do any other crafts /art?
Do the horses belong to anyone or are they wild horses. Up in the Snowy Mountains of NSW Australia. We have wild horses, unfortunately due to them tramping on the ground and destroying natural vegetation etc . They get culled, which is sad.
Oh! That IS SAD! These horses are not as wild as that, I think. They are free to roam the whole area here, and yes, they are a nusense to the vineyards and orchards. However, it sounds like there are not as many of them as you have in the snowies. There would be an outrage if anyone hurt them.
Beautiful 😍 I love the last 2 with the trees, and the first 2. Okay I like them all.😅
Hahaha! That's so sweet of you. Thanks! I love to paint! I love to do a lot of things but don't you find pottery is time consuming?
@@AudreyLynnStudiosoh my goodness I'm not talented enough to do pottery. I work with ceramic resin and concrete. I can appreciate the time and talent you put into your work. I've tried watercolor as well and it's not easy. 😊
They are all beautiful!
Awww...thanks, Ron!
I thought it was interesting that you could get your own designs printed. It might be worth looking into how much the equipment to do it yourself would cost. If you have lots of designs it could be a great addition to your pottery business.
Hi Sarah, ya, I haven't looked into it but I have heard the equipment for the coloured decals is like $10,000. My next vid will be on the sepia decals. That equipment is like $250..
Thanks so much for this info. I just recently bot some transfers but haven’t used any so this was very helpful. Your designs are adorable! Love these informative videos
Glad it was helpful! Thanks so much for watching! I wish you much success with your decals!
This is such a wealth of information! I wonder if you got a bad batch from the company. Maybe you could ask them to send you deeper colored decals. They are obviously firing out badly. You paid good money for them and that’s just not acceptable. I hope you call them and send pics so they see what’s happening. Thanks so much for the in depth video.
Hey, Michele. Yes, I probably should email Pearly now since I have all the testing done with her decals. I am just curious what she has to say. It could be a dye lot thing. Thanks for watching, once again, Michele!
Hi Audrey, great informative review! I don’t use decals, maybe someday I’ll make my own. I found it interesting the difference between the two companies. Are they in Canada or US? Thank you!❤
Hi, Ana! The Milestone Decal Art is from the USA. The Pearly Karpel is from Etsy and comes out of Tel Aviv, Israel. Ya, I don't use the Decal abundantly, but they are nice on some projects, and although I have many commercial decals, It's nice to be able to use my own designs. Thanks for watching, Ana! I can hardly wait to see your otter work! 🦦

@@AudreyLynnStudios thank you so much Audrey! I might give it a try someday!🙏🏻 I loved the hummingbirds and the other designs as well!👍🏻
@@anasclayhouse Thank you, Ana!
Thanks!
Thanks again, so much, Tammy! You made my day!
Wooo hoooooo!!! Been waiting for this video Audrey!!!!! Awesome Thanks for taking all the guess work out of this for us!!!! Great video! As an artist I love the fact we can now put our own images on things Again Thank you Thank Thank you!!!

Hi Audrey! Love your decals! Hope it is going to work out! Because would love to buy them from you! ❤
That is so sweet, Ellen! Thanks for watching the review! I hope you are enjoying your summer!
@@AudreyLynnStudios yeah I do enjoy the summer! It is wonderful weather right now! So a lot of swimming with my youngest of 15y. And even some clay! And our holiday did not even start yet💕
Welcome back from your ride!!! Love the hummingbird decals…. Well… and most of the others as well!! …. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, Daniel! Les is home. I am still in Osoyoos. Riding home Friday!
Thank you! Little Fishy dishes are charming!😅
I am glad you like them. Have fun creating!
I’m glad you’re having fun Audrey!🫶🏻
Thank you, Ana! I AM having fun, but you know, I am itching to get back to my pottery! Hahahaha!
I love that mug!!! Looks like you are having a wonderful time!!!
Thanks, Daniel! Yup, good so far. Lots of great riding!
Such gorgeous pieces!! Love the white!!
Thanks, Michele!
Oh what a fun idea!!! My husband is going to take a 3 week motorcycle ride to Canada next year but I’m afraid a mug wouldn’t make it to very many of his stops!! Maybe a small stuffed animal! lol. Looks like you had an amazing trip.
That's fun for him. Ya, a stuffy may survive the ride a little better!😄
Love the fishies! I’d like more info on your ring dishes, plz. Do you throw off the hump?
I am glad you like the fishy plates. What would you like to know about the ring dishes? I DO throw off the hump but I usually handbuild my ring dishes. Did you want a little tute?
Yes plz
@@chrismorlan4129 OK. Thanks for asking.
I hate crawling does anyone know what causes it?
Ya, I am not sure of the science of crawling. I know it can occur when the glaze is applied to thick. However, there must be another reason because my studio white is not thick, and it crawls sometimes. I will have to investigate. 🙂
You make it look so easy!!! Thanks for sharing your talents!!!
Thanks, Daniel! Are going to try it? 😁
Love the mug Audrey!!! Kevin still riding with you!!!! ❤
Yup, he is! Sure miss him.
What's the story behind crow mug traveling with you? Love the old homestead, I love old things and the history behind them. I can imagine the people from the homestead waking at sunrise to do their chores for the day. Happy travels
I made this mug for my brother, who died 2 years ago (seems like yesterday). He loved crows for their intelligence, persistence, and mischievousness. The last tattoo he had done before passing was a big, beautiful crow on his forearm. I ride with a crow on my bike. I thought it would be fun to take his mug with me on thos trip. We used to ride together! YES! I think these old homesteads are so nostalgic. We are also farmers and know a little about chores etc... To think these people farmed and lived with basically everything hand grown, hand raised, and hand built just amazes me! Thank you, Evelyn!
@@AudreyLynnStudios thanks for telling me. Losing a loved one is so difficult, I believe they are with us protecting us
Glorious views. I'm sure crow mug is enjoying the journey with you.
It makes me happy you enjoy the views. We love it here. We love home too, but this is a special place to us. It's crazy the climate is so different and just 4 hours from home! Thank you!
What a fun adventure!🌲🐻🏞
Thanks, Amanda. It's fun to get on the bike and see some new places in my own province!
So nice unloading ❤ thank you for sharing and yes please for the video how to make the salt dish, is it called pig? Salt pig? 😂
Hahahaha! YES, salt pig! What a funny name! OK, I will do a tute! Thanks for watching!
Have a wonderful adventure!-Liana
Thanks so much, Liana!
I keep meaning to make some berry bowls! I really need to. Are they good sellers for you?
Yes, they are good sellers for me. Give it a shot!
I loved your results Audrey! I don’t know how I missed this one!😅 I love the new Spectrum glazes, I still haven’t been able to get them because they always sell out fast. Thanks for sharing!❤
Oh, thanks, Ana! I was very pleased with the results! You will love them when you can get your pretty little hands on them! 😁 When I was in the pottery supply, I noticed how much cheaper Spectrums are to buy. It might be time to try all of their other glazes that are not floating. Hmmmm?🤔
That purpleicious is really nice!
I really like it, too! You know, purple is not my fave but people like it. I was looking for something in this shade and hue, so it works for me! Thanks, Sarah!
Hey Audrey I actually just bought some purplicious based on seeing your piece! Wow so pretty! 👌
OH, COOL, Amanda! I don't know why I didn't think of using the Stroke & Coat before. Just stuck in a trend, I guess! 😁
@AudreyLynnStudios I know, right? They are great for a blast of color sometimes! At first I was disappointed in some of the colors at cone 6 but now that I understand them better it all makes sense.
Oh that sweet strawberry vase. Love it!
Thank you! I am very pleased with it, too! I appreciate you commenting! 😁
Those slip trailed trees are gorgeous. Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks so much, Sarah!
You give out so much info on all your videos… I think you can be forgiven for making a few mistakes… especially as you are so gracious to correct them when you notice them!!!
I appreciate that, Daniel! 😁
I actually love the one coat of frosted lemon. The design really pops, but it's a toss-up over the blue/green bottle and the Firebrick and Albany brown. Wow! Love, love the diagonal. Awesome results as always!
Thanks so much, Tiffani! Ya, We are all different, and we like different things. I have to remind myself, sometimes! Glad you are feeling better! Thanks for your kind compliments!
Oooh! Such a beautiful green!!
I think so, too! Thank you! 🙂
Wow, you had an amazing kiln! My favourite was your diagonal mug with Deep aFirebrick and Albany Slip Brown , tied with the Honey Dew Bowl, then of course your olive oil pourer was a show stopper! So many faves! Thank you for the inspiration!
Thanks, again, Liana! I was pleased with the kiln load! I will be using some of these combos on future pieces, for sure!
Hi Audrey, i Love that purplicious one! 💜
Hey, Amanda! Thanks! I think I have found my purples! I hope the baby is well!❤️
So beautiful! Now I’m going to need Honeydew Flux!
Isn't it so pretty and soft? I love this combo and it sells fast!
I like that second to last mug with the diagonal at the top. I feel like those colors could make a great fall combo!
YES!, That's what I thought! Beautiful fall colours! We potters have to start thinking fall and Christmas now, heh? Thanks, Sarah!
Brrrrrr 36 degrees! I hope it’s Celsius. We have been getting hundred degree weather that’s in Fahrenheit and it tends to be very dry here as well. I live quite a bit south of you near Mount Shasta California thanks for the shout out you so deserve new advancer shelves.! -Liana
I loved all your pieces, even the lemon that turned brown hehe.
Haha, yes!, celcius! It's been a long time since I was in California. It was beautiful. I hope someday to do some winter riding there since it's too cold for me to ride here in the winter. I get cold fast, so my ideal would be to trailer my bike straight down to warmer weather! Hahaha! Thanks, Liana!
Liana, sounds like we're very near each other!? I'm right by Shasta Lake.(Gonna have another 110° week 🥵) I just enjoy her Kiln openings! Get inspired every time!
I love how you do your flower frogs!! I’ve always been afraid of them slumping but I think since they’re smaller is why they don’t. That cone 7 is soo odd! What the heck?? The temperature outside wouldn’t be hot enough to make the kiln actually fire hotter but what it does effect is the cooling time. It will take much longer for the kiln to cool. My gosh I just love the pink pieces so darn much. I still haven’t fired the mug I glazes with your pink combo with the copper. I can not wait to see it. I fire to a hot cone 6 cone 7, which I really prefer. I like how the glazes look. Great kiln opening. Have a great time on your bike ride! I used to ride as well. It’s been way too long.
Thanks, once again, Michele! Ya, the flower frogs haven't slumped for me yet. Do you sell your work, Michele? Or give it away??? Thanks again for all of your comments! What bike did you used to ride? 🙂
@@AudreyLynnStudios you are so welcome! I do sell my pottery but I don’t focus on it too much. The place I sell at is only open from Mother’s Day until mid October. They are an organic farm to table restaurant with a large gift shop. I used to ride a Yamaha R1. It’s a sports bike. What do you ride?
Matches my kitchen perfectly 👌
You must have a lovely kitchen!
