Lived in this hood for 2 years. It is a nice place, but I got bored without friends. I will miss the ideal wege pizzerinka from Lubaszka (though I liked to heat them up at home) and the addictive thai curry with tofu from PhoEver at Hoza.

It's Polish government, Warsaw itself is quite tolerant.
@@PaulaRoxana-pi3gj It's the people who vote for polititians. Abortion is banned, gay and lesbian couples cannot register their partnership. Poland is closer to Moscow than to the EU.
@@zielonapapuga6754 Yes, but in national level elections the whole country votes. We are talking specifically about Warsaw. The current government is quite liberal I think - but they can't set laws for the whole country hence you still have the laws you mentioned in place. Btw, I've heard they want to liberalize abortion laws (at least make it how it was before the current ban) and marriages for gay people, or make separate partnership unions for them that will have similar or same laws as marriages.

U mnie w tamtym roku było coś mocniejszego .Przeszła taka pompa ze 30kmh i nie szybciej mozna bylo jechac bo na ulicach jezioro .A potem sobie czytam na portalach że o 15:30 był wieczor i poł miasta zalane odciety dojazd .

@@travelwalkearth I don't, but had couple of family and friend go there and bring many photos laughing at how disgustingly dirty it is. Homeless people as I said are a big problem too (yes, we have them as well but at least they aren't using needles every corner of the street). So, seen enough. Although I have to say, the view on Warsaw skyline from Pole Mokotowskie does resemble Central Park a little bit. Only thought about it after seeing drone photo from that perspective.

Most of the “heavy lifting” in Warsaw’s public transport is done by trams and buses..the Metro is great though…clean and efficient….l used it a lot as l’m a public transport enthusiast…went from Bemowo to Bródno….but l suspect a lot of tourists don’t use the Metro as the centre of Warsaw is very walkable…
now we have two metro lines and solid new tram lines in Warsaw!
