The advantage is close by Sumter Landing . Nice home but the villages is in an OVER SUPPLY status currently. I agree with comment below. Major correction coming. This home will probably be reduced to 550K soon and then 499K before sold. IMO

If you are going to show a house, you need to tell potential buyers the basic facts. What year is the newer roof, what kind of wood floor is it, what is the solid surface of the kitchen / bathroom counter tops. I believe the tiles in the shower are marble, it looks like a solar tube is just not an acceptable way to show a home. You really should know what they are and state them as facts if getting paid to video a home. Sorry.

These homeowners did an incredible amount of work on the inside and outside of this property in the 3 years since they purchased it. It’s not even the same house. Zillow has the old pictures. I’m impressed.

Sold 3 yrs ago for $282K. Very nice house but overpriced and I’m assuming the current owner did some work. I do love it for $450K to $500K. It would be a good idea to include the updates made by current owner. It’s one of the most beautiful homes in The Villages if not the most beautiful one I have ever seen, in and out. Yeah, it’s probably worth closer to the asking price.

No complaint re: you showing the home coverage-wise, but I would have asked Lisa if she wanted to do that so she'd be involved (after all, she is the realtor!) vs. standing off to the side, which seems a bit awkward for her I'm sure. Specifically, I'd have done the outside of the house first, and once back inside would ask Lisa to take over (would ask her first though before the video). JMO... As for the antenna, can't you buy your own as you would anywhere else in the country using OTA/Broadcast TV or is this antenna seen here something proprietary you MUST get? Seems weird to me. -- BR

I live in and LOVE The Villages too!! Based on the landscaping, you must live up in the northern section of The Villages- I live in Fenney!! What Village do you live in? The Villages have a 55+ residents swim team at Rohan - not for the high school students- They have e nice pools of their own. You must be new here and don’t know all sports pools are only for residents only- no guests or kids or family - just residents. Family pools can have family/kids/guests of any age. Adult pools can only have residents and guests/family 30 years and older. And FYI- the “other” news source is owned by a woman with an ax to grind against The Developers and The Villages residents. She is a former employ of the Dauly Sun that the police caught doing some fraudulent activities regarding her dealings as an employee and advertisers and caught stealing money from The Daily Sun. She was fired and though the Developer didn’t press charges, she has made it her live’s mission and the mission of her “paper” to report any and all news, and rumors and creatively edited stores (lies) to make the Village residents and the Developer look bad. Her punishment is that she has to be live with herself. I find only Debbie Downers and cranky people loving to wallow in misery read that rag- birds of a feather. I wish to Daily Sun stopped using AP and Tribune News articles - the COVID cult and the crisis d’jour fear mongering is sooo lame - if we wanted brainwashing and propaganda we have MSM, NYT, Washington Post, the Atlantic for that. The only part I read of The Daily Sun are specifically about The Villages - the bands, the events, the restaurant deals and all the wonderful news Villages and business springing up. I moved here in June 2020 and love it more every day!!!

Might as well have zero lot lines. Homes too cramped together in The Villages
Yes there are close
True...but this one is an end/corner house with the yard bordering the street, so no house/neighbors on BOTH sides of you and no neighbors (except alligators!) across the street where the retention pond is. And The Villages is WAY cheaper then homes back in CO (Springs) for sure (Denver worse, Boulder even more so). Consequently, homes here are more affordable especially for younger "starter-home/first-time-buyers," or even older people (seniors) wanting to downsize to a smaller home...yet still be in The Villages (TV) and all the places to go/things to do there for TV residents. Personally, I'd like this (or similar) smaller home. And being a "minimalist-leaning" single guy. I prefer the Simple Life in my "Golden Years" -- don't need or even want a huge house. ...as long as my Jeep Gladiator (it should: It' s a "skinny" truck!) and golf-car can fit in the 1.5 garage I'm fine. ;-) -- BR
