You left off the part where you go through a drive through and almost bust your drink cup on it. Commenting for a friend.

Funny you say that because today I actually noticed that these are a tad slimmer, because my “normal” order actually fit through the window without some manipulation lol

Horrible! But to each their own. But the fact you don't show the light output at night, when we need lights is the worst part of this video

Wow. Horrible is a bit aggressive of a critique, but to each their own I guess. However, a night shot is overdue; future video perhaps.

Colby, Thanks man. i really wanna the cowl light for a while but i am afraid i have to mod the brackets. checking your video make me figure out that i can buy longer bolt and washers. thats a great idea, man
@FJColbyАй бұрын
If I did it again, I would consider bending one of the clip tabs on the window shield hood trim, and see if that gives me the half inch of clearance. Then, hopefully, the cowl would be pretty secure missing one of the four clips and the bracket holding it down…we’ll see, thanks for the comment!

I know you said there were some things that had a relay on it you wan to add a relay ift does not room your car
@FJColby2 ай бұрын
Every accessory has a relay. I may switch to a different system like the Auxbeam 8 gang switch panel (internal relays) in the future to cut down on all the wires and external relays.

Hello Colby just wanted to say hello I have a 2007 FJ as well, it's been with me all of its life I'm pleased to say however the frame is getting a little bit so it's time for me to start patching it up I'm originally from Georgia put live in New England now I've been out to Colorado Wheeling it at the FJ summits. Colby, I keep all/most of the packing foam I aquire,(🤪I know, need help 🤪). I have a few dense black pieces that could be cut to fit & glued up to wedge into the gaps between the cowl & lights to fill & cushion, alternately I've also cut those dark grey/ black anti-fatigue mats to cushion & gap fill on my FJ (I used the mat edge trim pieces on my snorkel 'cuz I didn't want to drill into the "A" pillar, I just use silicone adhesive to attach) D "(rev. 3:11" on forum)

I added my aux. fuse box directly to the fuse box lid, I like your approach w/ cutting board better! (will "borrow")... I might use adhesive velcro strips to attach(?)
