Just remember this is the guy who got sacked 4 months into his job with Parma WHO WERE IN SERIE B. With a 28% win percentage. He managed to only win 4 games and 3 of them were by 1 goal.

This team does not fit a inverted fullback setup. Reece james is either forced to play as the rcb or the DM in a pivot. He is one of the best attacking fullbacks in the world and everything we saw from him under TT will go away. Enzo and caicedo does not fit it either. One on of them has to move further up and neither of them are good there.

Palmer and nkunku are best in a inside forward position and one of them has to be playing out wide were both of them are wasted. This team is perfect for the tuchel setup and the only reason poch decided to use this was because of the injuries. It was only temporeraly

I actually think it's a ridiculous decision. And I don't think Chelsea fans are realising how quickly their club could be in the mud if the next appointment isn't right. Pochettino was imo one of the best to develop those young exciting talents. All that progress that took 12 months now you are back to step 1. I think now that you have had 3 managers sacked in 2 years clearly there is a pressure for any manager to perform now rather than someone to develop a group. So you simply just need a proven winner. Conte, Tuchel, Flick or Simeone But there is no time for development now. You need immediate improvement.

I think Chelsea got it cheap this year because he should have stayed at Brighton, it’s not clear whose greed is it then, and who disassemble the teams before the season ends and how it happens. The problem isn’t sacking Poch, it’s who were sacking Poch FOR. In the past we had no problems with managers going because we knew Roman would bring in the best that was in the market at the time, we can’t trust that of these new owners. 4 managerial appointments in 2 years, says a WHOLE lot more about ownership than it does about the managers. They don’t have a clue.

Poch finally got through to them. He was finally able to implement his vision and ideas with his tactical changes despite injuries. I think he deserved another season due to our unique circumstances, but now we have to back whoever comes in, because the team will be very uneasy after the Euros

I just don't see why they would sack Potch at a time like this. Everybody has been saying how a rebuild needs time, and we've seen improvement from last years abysmal season, to a top 6 finish. This was the perfect time to improve a foundation playing UEL and then pushing for top 4, especially considering we're coming off our best patch of football after this mess and the lack of elite managers at the moment. I mean even Bayern is struggling to find a suitable manager. Make it make sense
