Congratulations! You did it!! Four stories in a month! Holy cow! It's hard to create one story, let alone four from beginning to end. Also, congrats on the cozy mysteries book blast/stuff your Kindle ranking and sales. Keep rising. 💪 🥳
I LOVE U GIRLFRIEND AND I LOVE ME! 🎉🎉
Your description of beats is super helpful! I was really not getting it lol!
Glad it was helpful! Let me know if there is anything else you need additional clarification on :)
I love your videos. Awesome job with getting the first short story done! I would love to see your dictation process and how you use AI to clean up the little things. Good luck with your Nano goals!!!
By little things I mean like misspellings or doubled words or however you use it. I'd like something to clean my dictation up before I get to the Pro Writing Aid or Grammarly phase.
Glad you are interested in learning more about dictation and the AI does an amazing job at cleaning up those errors!
This is interesting….this may actually work for me. Thanks for sharing!
Glad it's something of interest. Sometimes we just need to break our goals into smaller attainable bits
@@AuthorCourtneyFlagg it was moreso the scheduling of said bits!😂 Having only 3 "hard" days feels better to my brain...
great idea, thank you
I don't know if you'll see this but if you do, can you tell me what percentage you printed out the inserts from the HB90 course? I like to use her planner but not sure what percentage to use to get the B6 size. ☺
I believe it was around 58-60%
@@AuthorCourtneyFlagg thank you
I have scrivener and don't feel smart enough for it lol. I love it in theory and in the basic functions. Thank you for showing me more I can do.
Yes, it has a lot of features. Glad I was able to show you more.
I Visited your KZread Channel and your Video making is very good. But.. Found some serious issues with your channel. As a result you are not getting a worldwide audience. And the video is not going viral. The main reason the video goes viral is Video SEO. I can give you Free guidance to solve the problem. If you give an opportunity, we can start a discussion to solve the problem. I'm waiting for your response.

I love the pug light sign!
Glad you are on the mend. Good luck with your paranormal romcom for Camp Nano.
Congratulations!!
Your new book was mentioned on one of my favorite cozy mystery book reviewers here on KZread! Double congrats on this! kzread.info/dash/bejne/paaV0bSNdrXLnLg.htmlsi=eMyJnMCh36XDCGaY
Thank you for sharing numbers and plans. Progress is everything. Congratulations on your engagement. Love your office. Keeping a desk clean is a struggle.
Congratulations on your engagement!
Great series. I'm studying how to write cozies and even taking a class, but there's something about building one from the ground up. I'm feel like I'm able to see the gaps I've been missing in my story prep with your videos. Thank you, thank you!
So happy the series is helping fill in some of the gaps.
Congratulations on your engagement and cover reveal!!!🎉
Another great video. Thank you. I usually hear blurb fragments in my head. I'll write them down. Then I spend time hammering them into some form of sense, but it can take a while because I'm usually tripping over one or two words. I like your blurb instructions. Very clear and easy to follow. Do you wait until the blurb is solid before you start your story or get the gist down and then write your cozy mystery?
I want to begin writing while I still have the excitement. If I waited until the blurb was perfect then the thrill of the story diminishes. Just get the basis down on paper/computer then start writing. Hope this helps!
the bible reading plan was a selling point for me too!
I watched your video a couple times now. I really love the idea of recreating a day of the crime. I think that will help unstick me in my current project. Thank you for the tip. Looking forward to your next videos on plotting a short cozy!
I'm so glad that you got something out of it. Next is on blurbs :)
Idaho is getting hit by a snow storm. Nice to watch when you're inside. Congrats on finishing your For Lead Crime Scene! Stay warm in Nebraska.
Stay warm! Hopefully the roads aren't too bad.
I just signed up for your newsletter. Happy 2024!
Thanks so much! 😊 Hopefully it will be worthwhile
Love the NL in video form. I think it's genius. This is the first time I've seen an author offer their newsletter on KZread. I also enjoyed your 2024 writing plans and planner. You got a lot done last year! 🎉 I relate with getting stuck in my projects and pivoting. Hoping to get back to those this year and completing them.
Thanks, I typically don't read newsletters myself so I suspect others are like me, but I'll spend hours listening to someone talk about random things on KZread. 😆 I wish you the best on your projects!!
I believe you can keep the box for archiving. I’m trying to not work as hard on the weekend so I’m happy with the Saturday Sunday split. Meal planning is my goal this year so I’m pretty happy overall with the Journey planner.
Yes, having the meal planner part of the pages is awesome!
Love it
Thanks! I'm so glad someone enjoyed it. Just trying to make boring newsletter information more fun and interactive 😊
This looks like a great alternative to the Hobo Cousin. It’s more of a blank canvas but still has some helpful unobtrusive indexing that other Hobo alternatives don’t. I’m a fan of the A5 so this isn’t a good fit for me but I will keep this company on my radar for next year. I’m disappointed that the Bible reading tracker was an insert and not integrated in the actual planner. It becomes another annoying loose piece of paper to manage. I understand that it’s a new company and has to appeal to a larger crowd so I am impressed that it was included at all. Hope that this company is successful and branches out 🙏 Thanks for the informative video.
It is a great alternative at a smaller size. Yes, it would have been better to have the Bible tracker incorporated maybe as the company grows there can be more options. Thanks for watching!!
Great to see you back! Got your Sticker Sheet Murder cozy novel. I'm loving planning so your book sounds exactly like what I want to read. I love dictation. Props to you for handwriting sprints.
Aww thanks for checking on my book. I love planners and all other stationary! 🥰
If you want a character who need to learn to let other help them, you need the 8 - Challenger. To the type 8, be vulnerable can lead to be harm or abandoned. For that reason, he want to be in charge and has difficulties letting other take the lead because that will lead them to control his life in some capacity. A good example of that is Bob (Mr Incredible) in The Incredibles. Have a good Nanowrimo! ^^
Thanks for sharing. This is a good example!
Great video! I love the binder you are using. I was wondering do you have a link to the cozy mystery beat sheet?
The cozy mystery beats sheets were coming from Sara Rosetta and Nina Harrington. They both have books on how to plot a cozy mystery. I hope to create my own as a free printable in the future.
Ngl - Nancy Drew me in 🤣🤣🤣 My 2 cents - I'm in favor of the idea of the published covers behind you and the covers you're working on in front of you. Maybe add in a vision board for inspiration for the project/book. I like the French board with ribbons bc it's easy to change out and move around pics.
Thanks for the feedback on the book cover placement. Ooo, I like that idea for an inspiration board. I might do a little DIY to make one in the future.
I haven't tried the trellis method! I enjoyed the Snowflake method last year during preptober and (mostly) liked it. I'll check out the trellis method.
I hope you find it useful and happy writing!
So fun!! Love how you’re using TAS b6 planner! Thanks for sharing, Courtney 💕
Every week I'm getting closer and closer to the perfect layout for me. The flexibility is nice 👍
🎉🎉🎉🎉 que legal
Hi, this is great! But, how do you add yearly filter for goals?
I'm not sure what you mean? You can click the three dots and add a filter.
Late to finding this video but new to using PP. I absolutely love the idea of sort of splitting the day with the to-do’s/intentions standing out on the side
Glad you found it helpful 🙂
Thank you for the set up, and I love the way you did the weekly I'm a vertical planner as well..
😈 P r o m o s m
Do you think these inserts would work with a 6 ring planner? I want to try both discs and rings from a regular b6 notebook, and want to be able to get the most out of the paper! Thanknyou ❤
The size of the paper should work for either discbound or 6 rings. Typically it is 5.3x7 for a B6. Disc punch and the 6 ring do not line up therefore you have to choose one or the other.
@@AuthorCourtneyFlagg thank you!! This was super helpful, I appreciate it!
Why dont you use it and do a voice over with some soft music in the background. You're editing and planning spreads are fab. Don't sell yourself short x
Aww thanks so much! This means a lot.
Love how you did your plan with me!! So fun and creative ✨💕
Thank you for doing this. I just bought the b6, should be here in a few days. Im trying to get ideas.
There is so much flexibility with the planner. I'm always looking for ideas too!
Hi! This is such a neat concept. I bought a pack of these recently, so I'm excited to give it a try. However, please be careful with your cards. I've heard that using the eraser on Rocketbook paper will actually damage it, so you're supposed to use water to erase it. That's what the cloth is for--get one corner of it wet, then use that to wipe off the card, then dry it with the dry part of the cloth. However, if you haven't had any problems with using the eraser on it, that would make things a whole lot easier! I might experiment with one card just to see what happens! Anyway, thanks for sharing! 😊💖
That's a good call out!!
This is so cute!! I love how you set up your TAS planner! Thank you for sharing! 💕 if you’re apart of our Facebook group, you should share this there! I know a lot of people would love to see how cute this set up is 💕
New dub here and really enjoying your content so far!
This was supper helpful! I am a new writer and I think this was very handy!
Glad it was helpful!
YAY! A new planner channel! Not seen your content before but I am always looking for new planners in the community so I am so happy to have found you! Really love the supper girly vibes.
Yay! Thank you!
👋🏻 It's good 💫
Glad it was helpful
Can you share where you got the digital nanowrimo pages? I like that layout as well.
It's no longer available since it was for Nanowrimo 2022. However they do have this planner that is similar. Since it's a PDF I just print it out by opening the file on my computer. www.etsy.com/listing/1363977124/2023-writer-planner-goodnotes-novel
