😂 Its so funny how Svs guys are butt hurt. Its obvious that with lesser money you get svs performance and app. Just like in Svs new line of subs. Dont act like a kid if someone has done better or the same performing subwoofer with mich less money. Like reading angry kids who are angry that Timmy from schooll ate your dessert 😅
Sorry but $599 is not a budget speaker! Budget speaker would probably be $200 and below.
Everyone has different budgets, and therefore, different definitions of a budget speaker...cheers.

Get a copy of Metallica black album in DVD audio. Unreal recording. Much better than the standard two channel recording even on 2 channel listening. I run legacy focus and silverscreen center.
Yeah jtr are ugly and should be hidden. But the legacy are at another level 👌🏼

I am an only parent of 2 college kids and was interested in the largest Arendal towers. I would save up the cash and twice when I went to purchase the price had increased. I bought something else. Seems this brand is very popular and they know it.
Have you ever tried testing the older models, klipsch Rf83?
Sorry to say, but you miss the review by a mile. The A6/A6ME suffer from a highs issue at about 2KHz, you ignore. On top, they share a PS that has at least 4-5 replacement sources, really needed. The sound from your compare is not reflecting any quality or differences. It might be the speakers, or the Mic. Any way it's worthless. None of the A6ME upgrades make a change, as it use the same defected ESS DAC and PS. Eversolo tried to save the day, with Op. Amps and clock, to use the same board, with components that have the same foot print. That's why they had to do the A8.
Arendals are awesome. I personally loving my SVS Evolutions bookshelfs. They rock. I looked at the Arendals they sounded great I just like the punch and clarity of the SVS
Had no idea LFE also worked with music aswell cuz i saw that it was only really meant to capture the extra extra low frequencies that apperantly only ppl makimg movies could reproduce in films. Learn something new every day 😂
Erin of Erin's Audio Corner measured the new SVS towers. They were a bit disappointing for the price and there is competition in that price range that perform at a higher level. SVS almost seems to have put out a rough draft speaker without fixing some glaring errors. Looks aren't everything. The choice of tweeter, for one, may have been a design mistake.
You are very lucky your chairs don’t have any issues. I have had four of the Tuscany for about the same timeframe. They came to me with the silver tray insert buttons on the arms not level. When I put the trays in they are at a severe slope. Drinks are at a risk of falling off. The LED lights on two of the chairs have gone out. The controls on one has gone out. The bottom of the compartment in the arms has fallen out on two of them. I have not contacted Valencia yet. I’ve heard online their customer service is horrible. Not sure I would pay the premium they charge for theater seats again. I could have paid less for the same issues.

what do you think about multiple edifier bookshelf speakers and connect them to pc that has 7.1 channel soundcard built in motherboard. Do you think it can sound as good as lets say polk speaker setup? I am asking this as I think that i can avoid purchasing an AVR this way.

Me gustan estos Arendal, se les ve potentes en graves, me da la impresion que estan más hechos para cine que musica. Qué no quiero decir que no suenen bien con la musica, que seguro que seran muy buenos.
Me gustan estos Aredal, tienen una construcción fantástica. Estoy dudando si comprar este modelo o Whaferdale elysian 4. Las elysian se van casi el doble en precio pero suenan espectaculares y su construcción es increíble.

I am so close to purchasing one. How hot does it run. I will put an Infinity Aircon T10 on it, regardless would like feedback on heat production with this amp. I appreciate your review here @SpecOfTech, I just wish there were more reviews out there, understanding this Amp was just released in Dec. For me this is a 'want' not a 'need'. The positive for me is I will be collapsing 3 current amps to one (this one) and in the process upping the L/C/R and surround/heights power output. Thank you for this review!
I almost purchased the AMV70 last week when it was on sale . I have the AVM60 upstairs now for my 5.1 home theatre ,also the matching Anthem mca525 5 ch amp . I need a system for my home gym ,basically a 2.1 ch , although I want to run a second set of stereo channels with my future in wall speaker install further in the gym . My first idea was to purchase Anthems MRX540 but was concerned about fan noise. So my next idea was to buy the processor as I’m assuming there’s no internal fans, and relocate the AVM60 to the gym and put the 70 upstairs . I don’t have a send amplifier ,but was tempted to use my Cambridge CXA80 as an amplifier temporarily in the gym . Unfortunately the sale is off this week , so I settled for a Denon receiver. Maybe in the next lifetime. It’s interesting,as at first I disliked the new look of Anthems new receivers and pre pros,but the more I see them it’s really grown on me . The Denon looks extremely dated imo , and I’m not a big fan
Would you choose the Aredals center channel or the SVS Ultra center channel?? After reviewing them...to Broadcast the Center Sounds Better??? Or is there cement another that may catch your ears?? the 1723 Monitors would be an upgrade, but they do cost quite a bit more, like double the price of the SVS bookshelf.

which one sounds better Svs Ultra Center or Klipsch Rp-504c MkIl for movies?? i like klipsch sounds better Svs Ultra Center mid bass sounds great but treble lags which one do you think is better?

@SpecOfTech --- The processor has 16 channels, but two amplifiers only have 14 channels... how do you power the remaining channels? Why doesn't it have XLR for all subwoofers? Will mixing XLR and RCA affect the sound?
@SpecOfTech --- Are modern receivers and processors have compatibility with older audio formats from DVD, VHS, LD, Beta, etc?

Could you compare them to the Nano's? I just bought the Nano's to use as my main with the Ultra Evolution Center, but didn't install yet, but would be good to see what differences you have from one another.
The speakers you got have no veneer. It looks like painted MDF. That's not even an option from Legacy. Their most basic option is black oak, if you do an image search you'll clearly see the woodgrain in pics online. Very weird!
I have one and love it ..there a few bugs with all AVR out there they nake great stuff so I knew I had backup for any problems in the future but so far so good thanks for the video😊
How about Klipsch 1600sw? seems to be quite matched on price here..

Great review! well done! As an Apartment dweller, I am kind of stuck with Bookshelf speakers, mainly because the Apt is so SMALL!! My Sonus Faber floor standers, and dual 15" subs are all gone. I am now on a quest to recreate some of the magic that system had. The SVS might have some qualities that I am looking for. Truthfully, I really miss the Legacy sound. Once you have owned, and have heard what they can do, just can't unhear it. Thanks for the great description! Cheers!

Looks great. Question, does the wave launch do room correction for all 7 speakers in your system or just the Aeris? If it’s just the Aeris, I wonder how the room correction in your main processor will work with the wave launch. My dream system will include the Lyngdorf MP-40 and using its Room Perfect DSP. I wonder if they would play nice together. It’s probably a moot point, because either the Legacy Signature SE or Focus SE are my realistic speakers in the near future.
