Make these PCB battery boards Smart by integrating ESP32 boards that automatically connect to the Home Assistant app. From the battery PCB board would run a connector with a wire to connect to the JK-BMS. In this way, your Smart battery PCBs would allow even a beginner to monitor and setting BMS batteries in Home Assitnt from anywhere in the world where in the internet.

I have gotten it by if be these. I'm not new to solar but I am new to these batteries. They have a built-in BMS do they not? I haven't tried charging them yet because I don't have a 60 volt charge controller but I ordered one and I'm waiting for it. With the charge controller in place and I'm assuming with a built-in BMS I shouldn't have any problems charging these with my solar system when I get the mppt charge controller installed right?

Definitely use the JK BMS for 12V, 24V and 48V - black BMS and the 24V-48V JK Inverter BMS which already has inverter communication, two programmable relays and current protection for parallel connection of multiple batteries. These JK BMSs have Active Balancer integrated inside, which is needed for such large cells, passive balancer is weak. How big balancing currents can this pcb from the video handle? Would be possible to add fuse holders for the all balance wires close to the cell terminals to the pcb as well?

Nice work!! Question.. I have a Eaton UPS (5S 1500) which uses a small 12V lead acid battery which gets charged by the UPS. Since there is no possibility to add extra batteries, I was wondering if I could remove the lead acid battery and connect it to this 12V LifePO4, and if yes, how would you connect it? Since the UPS charges the internal battery, I don't know if it could charge such a large battery and if it would be compatible with your BMS? Thanks!

You can buy temperature triggered internal heaters for batteries now, that will automatically keep the battery warm. They also will prevent charging at low temps, which can be catastrophic for your cells.

Got a Delta 1300 for Christmas 2021. The unit was only cycled about 5x. Very low use and stored plugged in (for emergency use). It died and will not power on. Well, it does power up for a sec when connected to AC and shows full charge. . .then shuts off. Is there anywhere in Northern California I can try to have it serviced? Gonna tear it down to see if anything obvious is blown, but ecoflow service out of warranty is non-existent.

"In English or Vietnamese..." Hey dear Jehu! Due to my poor English, I follow automatic subtitles in the videos I watch. It usually works just fine. But exceptionally with this video of yours there is a problem with subtitles. I assume that your intention is always to select "English" for each of your videos, but this time you would have accidentally selected "Vietnamese". And the result is that the automatic translator listens to the audio track (where you speak English) and tries to understand it as if it were Vietnamese. And then the translator tries to translate this "Vietnamese language" into my language. You can guess that nothing will come of it. So would you like to check your video's release information to see if the language can be correctly set to English? Here's a sample of the first 2 minutes of the video: 0.00 Ừ rồi đi is my favorite for the strange 0.13 to show you what inside select Open this 0.17 love funny Story I like English looking 0.22 for Here is worth the Price dog Who will 0.30 she come to life Denim removable disk 0.33 with this past guards ai dog next 0.43 adapted to easy music are still take the 0.50 beach resort the complete and must say 0.54 nice parents should i 1.00 [âm nhạc] 1.04 20 một trái chuối We knew that connects 1.14 people with this world When I come up 1.35 this one Families or National movie 1.40 sport shoes black and white with ừ 2.00 I say what it's like to be your friend I know this is somehow fixable after the fact, because I've reported something similar to another publisher before, and they got it fixed pretty easily. This is BY FAR, THE BEST Solar Generator/ Power pack I ever saw. Its Huge advantage is that if one of the cells goes back you can very easy replace it with a good one instead of throwing the whole battery pack to the garbage, or start messing with cutting a spot welding and re-weld a whole pack. This is the best solution ever. This Solar Generator can last a lifetime !

The only real use of a generator is if you need to slow a vehicle down and would otherwise waste the energy as heat in the brakes. Solar panels aren't necessarily useless for infrequent trips and accessory running, but won't keep up with the energy demands of an all day use car and you will need other methods of charging for that. A motor connected to a battery is already a generator at the same time (this is why they don't rev to crazy speeds when disconnected from a load as the back EMF generation keeps it in check). While with electric cars the speed controller is the middle man, and with AC motors the implementation is more difficult, a DC motor recharges the battery slightly less than its usage. When you add load, the motor slows and it generates less power in the opposite direction and uses more power to provide the torque. If you were to push a motor faster than its no load speed while it was connected, it would begin to recharge the battery it was connected to. With a simple DC generator, a diode is usually used so the motor doesn't run out the battery when you stop turning, but you turn in the same direction it was going before and you have to turn a certain speed to overcome the battery voltage and thus get current flowing through the diode. Another way to see this effect is if you take just a motor and connect a wire from one terminal to the other and try and spin it, it slows down very quickly as it is generating electricity trying to turn it in the opposite direction. With nowhere to go except loop back through the motor and wire, this energy is converted to heat. This is similar to what is used in a gym exercise bike. As a self propelled motor though, even a superconducting motor with magnetic bearings in a vacuum is still going to have losses, and even if it didn't you can't do anything useful with it, it will just remain a pretty spinning object. You can drift through space with perpetual motion, but if you were to throw a tethered weight out into space (well okay you'd run out of string) with the string wound round a generator shaft, the weight would eventually slow to the same relative speed as the generator is drifting.
