  Not sure if it will help or not but a wood cuticle stick might help with the edges of the foil.

  Lower your heat and reduce the time… I’ve found that it’s very different even from brand to brand of the puffy vinyl and with each heat machine…. I always go less … seems to work for me

  Did you cut it with the shiny side up and mirror it? I have seen some say shiny side up and some say shiny said down. Mines doesn’t turn out that puffy lol 😢🤷🏽‍♂️🤣
