    Awesome bars bike looks great, only thing I’ll say is your cables should never be set with the brake lever between them they should both be below the lever

    Yes, passed MOT, but i took them off because silver coating started to peel off. Considering make another one from stainless steel and polish.

    You have done amazing work on this bike. One thing I find surprising that you didn't change, was the footrests. Especially with this rear tyre, they must scrape even more. Say, where did you get these wheels?

    main reason to do it yourself is satisfaction of making it by yourself. if you want something faster or cheaper, just buy it from china, but i doubt it will bring you joy.

    Tank came out awesome! Did you weld the stretched part closer to the seat or did you just Compound it onto the tank? Your gas tank modification video skips that part of how it was actually installed on the tank. I need to have this done to my gas tank so I'm curious. Thanks and keep up the great work!

    Thanks, i welded piece of shaped sheet to the tank, just to visually “wrap” around the seat. Volume of the tank itself stays the same, hope you got your answer

    @@fokinlordsamaels yeah the welded piece on the bottom around the seat was shown in the video. I was curious about the top part, how you attached it to the tank? Is the top part welded all the way across or is it just bodywork holding the metal onto the tank?

    nice video, im hoping to try fibreglassing soon, do you have a vid showing what you did with the centre bracket section it was flat then it looks like youve cut it up a bit but not sure how you went about it and kept strength in it as well or shaped it nicely

    I failed in making tbe impression. I believe it was because I used a cheap glue spray. Can somebody that was successful tell me what type of glue you used for your impressions??

    you have to leave glue to "dry" a little, before press pieces of leather together, i think that was your fail?

    whole point of my channel is to show people, that you can make your bike yourself, i dont have a lot of experience and mostly doing my own mistakes and success. if i would take a job to make your fender, it would cost a lot more than you can find around, someone, whos business is to make fiberglass parts, someone with proper equipment and experience. anyway, thanks for offer)

    If i understood you right, than my steel base is just 2mm thick, i would reccomend 3mm, but i used what i had in my garage.

    You can use any spray glue brand.

    Won't the upholstery come loose after a while because it's only connected to the fiberglass by glue instead of staples? I know you cant staple in fiberglass which is what makes making custom seats so hard. Still a nice job👍👍
