Regarding the Cold War conservative propaganda, Tucker Carlson's dad was head of CIA propaganda. It was called Voice of America, and it would have subliminal messages throughout its television programming. One reason I've always been slightly skeptical of Tucker is he applied for and was "denied" joining the CIA.

Letterman’s making fun of Bryant Gumbel was legendary. But he was always better when he was on late. When he moved to the 10:30 spot he became too conventional.

David French attended a church of Christ college. The Church of Christ is very legalistic and bombastic. That underlying noncharitable spirit pervades his writing and speeches.

“I don’t know what to do?” Is probably really 70% “I do know and don’t want to do it. OR “If I find out, I’ll probably not risk change.” There’s tremendous fear of losing reputation and people leaving which amounts to pastoral income (great or small). FEAR! I live North of Denver and attend an Orthodox Church in Loveland that’s overflowing. The young adults leaving for Orthodox and Catholic Churches want serious theology. They want serious worship, prayer, fasting and many opportunities to help the poor. A truly day by day way to live the Christian life at home and Church. Entertainment, self help and Politics is killing Protestantism. Give your congregation credit for more than they’re getting. (We also do not have children separated during the main service! Like the old days, they get fussy which is FINE! They see family and friends worship…which they NEED!) Something to think about.

A useful discussion but remember, denial is a function of scarcity. We're all subject to it so that's your starting point. We're all in states of denial and nothing is more important to us than protecting them. Takes all our energies. And all because everybody can't have everything.

It’s very clear that they have allowed woke ideologists into the network and they are worried about responding to their ideological stances in fear of being called racist, sexiest and homophobes. The second angle is, they are worried that you would enlighten enough people whilst you are inside the network that you would have them second guts their involvement. 2-3% from 6-12-24 churches is too much for them to handle. They should have used a biblical ground truth to show why you so not fit!

This is what happens when business corrupts the church. I am 100% certain that Acts 29 is funding each of these Acts 29 leaders lavish lifestyles that they cannot obtain from their own churches.

I call this style “storybook theology”. People living storybook lives, tend to gravitate towards each other and then develop theology around their story life.

You both seem to be stumbling around the truly unpalatable nature of the Bible in the modern world, right? But how can you resolve this dilemma?? Like, unequivocally, Biblical morality is distasteful, even abhorrent, to the modern reader. Putting aside the feminist contradictions, we see the biblical law condoning and encouraging slavery, conquests, and murder. Biblical morality is no morality at all, by our modern standards, and you two note as much. The dilemma is, then, why should you continue to abide by the Biblically restrictive place of women, given that you ignore so many other commandments of the book? If the Bible is unfailing, why do you ignore some parts of it? There is an asymmetry between the Bible and our innate natural morality. Specifically, this asymmetry is in the balance between autonomy and submission. Between freedom and service. Between feminist and patriarch. How can we know which is correct? How do you know what is true? The devil works through mens’ lies, but which men? How can we discern between lies and truth, given that, necessarily, only one transcendent truth can exist? There can only be one God, and yet I see only contradictions in a thousand mens’ testimony to a thousand Gods. If there is a God, why would he prop up so many near-identical facades to conceal one truth among many? Or, another question, if there is a Devil, is there any topic he would tell more lies about than God? If Lucifer truly pulls the strings in this world, wouldn’t we expect to find his focus on obscuring the word of God? Wouldn’t he direct his efforts to shrouding the true path? If the Devil seeks to tell convincing lies, what lie could be more convincing than the one we think comes from God’s mouth? Stay wary, for no demons stalk the Earth, only men.

Churches should not declare themselves to be right-wing but they most certainly should declare themselves to be theologically conservative because Jesus is theologically conservative! Don't downplay the magnitude of the damage that has been done by the decades-long effort to synthesize Christianity with progressivism.

35:00 - on Christians should not wield power - notice that these things are never said to non-white Christians. it's not said to our Catholic neighbors south of the border, nor to Christians in Africa, or in Asia, or in the Middle East, or anywhere else, it is directed at White Christians. ---All of these tactics of dissolving the West are designed to accomplish White Erasure. and when you research where most of this originates, these founders openly discuss various stages, and throughout all of the steps & instructions they openly state that White men, White Christians, Westerners & Whites in general are the targets.

The issue is that these bureaucracies and systems aren’t interested in being specific and human. They want to take humans out participation. Enforcement and surveillance by AI and the economy being carried out by advanced robotics/humanoid robots powered by AI. Wendell Berry’s “What Are People For?” is going to take on a whole new paradigm.

@@ChrisAthanas yeah, i randomly ran across a podcast with Curtis & BAPs recently, they were having a causal convo., discussing our replacement. or erasure, as some call it. it was pretty interesting. -- their only concern was how it effects them, the rootless cosmopolitans. how our people are good, honest, serious, hard-working, employees, and how we have the proper respect for people with money & power, and how we give those types special attention in the service industries... and how the newcomers do not respect the rich & powerful and are even openly rude to the uppercrust. and how they're curt & disrespectful when waiting on them. they talked about how it is good for 'us' to have jobs where we work hard and how it ruins us to have a lot of money for luxury. of course, they were not using slur-words, towards us, like a lot of their co-ethnics do, but that same inferior sentiment was there. it was irritating, but not surprising, listening to them, and i did agree w/the hard work & too much luxury part, although, it's funny how that doesnt apply to them. makes sense though, as they're opposed to hard work for themselves, & frown upon honesty, and are entitled as a people, to the best of everything. i just thought i'd share that, nothing shocking there, but if anyone ever feels the need to run protection for either of them on social media, just remember they'd never do the same for you. unless there's a hidden agenda behind doing so.
