  This is by far the dumbest part, super advance civilization, no incoming ship check, no air defense, let a disappeared ship land with no comm to identify who's the crew, like come-on! we lowly human got all that figured out for decades already and we can't even move freely within our own solar system yet.

  I don't really see David as evil or a monster like most people seem to. He is just a far more advanced creation then anything else....he has no equal. Him destroying this planet is nothing more then a human destroying an ant hill in their back yard. Would you feel guilty about stepping on an ant or some other insect/creature you deem to be a "pest"?

  The movie posters back when this came out were so much better than the film itself... pictures of engineers w/ facehuggers and xenomorphs... that was so much better than this pile of shit. I was hoping to see the fall of a civilization not some stupid 4min exposition in the middle of a freddy v jason quality "horror" movie.

  covenant was made out of spite for the fanbase, everyone complained about prometheus not being "alien" enough so ridley saw fit to permanently kill everything off as a sign of fuck you he succeded brilliantly, now covenant will never get a sequel

  Great snippet. Joi's contemplative look suggests there is more going on than her programming, but Mariette's words cast doubt on that. Obviously, Joi wanted to please K, but she also would want to see Mariette go as soon as possible afterwards.

  I think I finally figured Ridley out. See, he was never going to give us an Encyclopedia Galactica. His mission was to allegory the bible and create an alien god homeworld in place of heaven and then destroys it with his "Raised By Wolves" android archetype. David is his little anti-christ and Ridley is taking a giant 💩 on us. All this time I thought Hollywood stopped him after Prometheus, but Ridley is the Hollywood atheist. This is his little present to them. He made a story where he kills the Jewish myth homeworld. That's why they have those noses. You pos, Ridley. No wonder you didn't venerate them.
